Do NOT order from them. A complete scam. I had them create a custom bracelet with the name “WINNIE”. The font generator is completely misleading and they did not provide proofs to show what the bracelet would look like. The bracelet I received is completely illegible. The “I” and “N” blend together to look like an “H” and there is no way of telling what the bracelet says – it just looks like scribble. For the price point, they should have reached out in advance to warn me about this or at the very least, provide proofs. When I reached out over email to their customer service (they don’t even have a phone number listed on their site which is sketchy), they admit that the “I” and “N” blended together to look like an “H” but didn’t care to do anything about it. The bracelet was also delivered with a knot already in it. At the very least, they should have offered to make a new bracelet in a different font. This was a complete rip off and no one should order from them. Save your money and look somewhere else.

I just got my mini me multi with diamonds necklace from Lola James Jewelry and let me tell you, it's been a hit! I've gotten tons of compliments on it and I can't get enough of it. This necklace is the bomb, it lays flat on my neck and never looks boring. It's perfect on its own or when I stack it with other necklaces. I'm seriously addicted to it and now I'm thinking about what to buy next because Lola James has so many awesome options. Shout out to Lola James for making this mama one happy customer!

This is my second review and I really hope the customer service peeps read this and understand how I'm feeling. So, I got this necklace as a birthday present, right? And let me tell you, I was super excited to wear it and show it off. But then, I happened to catch a glimpse of the receipt and boy, was I crushed. The price tag said a whopping $750.00! Can you believe that? I mean, seriously, who charges that much for a necklace?

Now, being the curious person that I am, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I took the necklace to a couple of fancy-schmancy jewelers, you know, the highclass ones. And get this, without even mentioning the price I paid, they all said that considering the cost of gold and the design, the necklace shouldn't be worth more than $250. I was fuming, I tell ya!

I mean, come on, does anyone else think this is a total rip-off? I could understand if the necklace was some fancy, intricate piece of art, but it honestly looks like something a 10-year-old would wear. I'm just sayin'.

So, here I am, pouring out my frustration in this review, hoping to hear back from you guys. I really wanna know what you have to say about this. Thanks in advance, y'all!
