Do NOT order from them. A complete scam. I had them create a custom bracelet with the name “WINNIE”. The font generator is completely misleading and they did not provide proofs to show what the bracelet would look like. The bracelet I received is completely illegible. The “I” and “N” blend together to look like an “H” and there is no way of telling what the bracelet says – it just looks like scribble. For the price point, they should have reached out in advance to warn me about this or at the very least, provide proofs. When I reached out over email to their customer service (they don’t even have a phone number listed on their site which is sketchy), they admit that the “I” and “N” blended together to look like an “H” but didn’t care to do anything about it. The bracelet was also delivered with a knot already in it. At the very least, they should have offered to make a new bracelet in a different font. This was a complete rip off and no one should order from them. Save your money and look somewhere else.
