On April 24th 2024, an ambulance from AMR was called to my location for an incident involving a commercial truck. Upon arriving at the scene I informed the drivers that I wanted to go to the VA Hospital because I'm a veteran I'm already signed up.. They refused to take me without giving up a specific reason, and later found out that the reason they provided was fraudulent.

Claimed loss: Delayed medical treatment at the hospital preference, which had my records on file.
