I needed an ambulance service on 8/11/2024 while on vacation in Portland Oregon. Despite my having contacted the billing department by phone numerous times & several times my insurance provider has called as well, AMR has not properly billed by insurance. The most recent contact between 2 insurance representatives and my self was 5/16/2025. One representative was in Oregon, one in the St Louis area. They requested the AMR person fax the billing so the claim processing could be started. The AMR representative refused. As of 5/29/2025, my insurance still has not been billed.
Desired outcome: I need AMR to properly bill my insurance so the bill can be paid.
