I started receiving notices of an ambulance trip to a city I have never been to, my insurance company got involved and concluded it was not me, yet this company is still sending me notices of money owed. I am not paying for something I did not use. I have reached out various times, and nothing has changed. My insurance company says to ignore but I do not want this to affect me down the line.

Desired outcome: For them to find the real person that used their services and stop sending me notices.
