If I could give this company a zero I would, however it appears it's 1-5. The billing company has zero ability to do their job. I have 3 insurance coverages; they billed the first two and then continued to bill me for remaining balance - without billing the 3rd insurance company. I've taken copies of the coverage card front and back and mailed and emailed to them numerous times. Apparently, they finally billed them but were denied as the claim wasn't submitted in a timely manner and now is over a year old. (Services received in Sept 2024) So they are billing me for the remaining balance when I had coverage to cover it. They have since turned me into a collection company for said residual. When I spoke to the rep at that company today, Mike Gavin with Credence recovery, he stated I needed a Timely Filling Waiver Letter from my 3rd insurance company. Then they would bill the insurance company. Apparently, I'm supposed to do their job, or pay it myself to make them go away. Do yourself a solid folks and drive yourself to the ER, if your only option is to use this company.
