2 1/2 years ago I had to have 2 ambulance rides. 1 from my work while working for 9-1-1 and the other from my home a few days later, since then I have been in contact with both amr and my insurance on many different occasions and since then I have been ping pinged back and forth between the both of them, AMR continues to state my insurance won't cover it while my insurance says they DID cover the whole thing, when asking amr to resubmit the code to my insurance they state "you need to have your insurance contact us for that" and I have even gone so far as to sit on the phone for upwards of 6 hours while my insurance attempts to contact amr and get the issue resolved on my behalf to then be told "it has been covered your client doesn't owe anything anymore" and then 1 month later receiving a notice for collection on unpaid medical bills from AMR, since receiving the notice i have attempted to continue to get this resolved with arm through my insurance to now being told that the bill was paid vis my insurance but amr now saying they cant help since the bill has been sent to collections.
Desired outcome: Have my complete amr bills fixed and properly submitted to insurance and finally have this weight off my shoulders so I can possibly not have ANOTHER HEART ATTACK
