This company uses unethical practices as seen with many other reviews regarding the information below

We are a youtube creator so it is not unusual for us to receive free merchandise in return for a review for the company products.. But this case was not your normal transaction. Around the first of the year I get a call from American Industrial Source stating that they had a new product come out which were air hoses and they then ask me what size hoses I normally use.. I then replied 50 and 100 Footers..The gentleman on the phone then stated he would send 2 out to me to look at and review, not one time telling me what they would cost or that I would receive a bill 31 days after delivery of them...Received both hoses by fedex and still have the original packaging and original shipping label...

Now this gets interesting...on the 31st day. I receive an invoice from the company..I call them after googling their number and seeing if it matches what's on invoice...I get ahold of a young lady and try to get a return label as I did not order these..her response was that no one was available to currently take the call. she would have someone call me back..It is now the 32nd day and I get a call back from someone named mike

I try to explain the details, but he is not having it...He states: you need to go to website and open a return. I stated , I tried but could not as you have a 30-day return policy..He stated it was my fault..How could it be, I just got the invoice on the 31st day on something I did not order

He hung the phone up. I then called back the second time..but nothing got resolved. This company has many complaints filled against them and they should not be in business or allowed to operate in such a manner.. they mislead many of consumers into this bait and hook tactic..Very unprofessional

A legitimate business will not send you a product without explaining cost or having you pay upfront before shipping anything...
