A pleasure doing business with Cherryl, great communication and service. Ive done business with Lift Parts Warehouse before and had a good experience. I always found a good deal with fast shipping times. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality parts at a fair price.

WOW ! Very nice to have a company that really has customer service...my new source for everything forklift. Was looking for parts, sent me pages from manual, quoted parts (at a great price) had parts IN STOCK, delivered ahead of schedule. This is how it should work, and these folks are nailing it.

Had a broken speed controller, found several that said they could fix it, but they didn't respond to my questions. Contacted Lift Parts Warehouse and totally professional experience. The speed controller is repaired quickly, and is now installed and working perfectly. I also recommended Lift Parts Warehouse to a friend.

I would definitely recommend using Lift Parts Warehouse for your parts needs; they are very knowledgeable on their parts & the fitment of those parts. Their pricing is very competitive with other vendors. I would also like to say Cherryl is the best to work with; if she doesn't know the answer she'll get it for you; very pleasant to work with.

They were extremely helpful in finding the correct part the first time. I couldn't find the steering shaft tie rod anywhere for my specific vehicle until I contacted Lift Parts Warehouse. The part came right on time and, as stated in so many other reviews, their customer service was phenomenal. Hopefully I won't need any more parts for a while but, when I do, this is certainly where they will be ordered.

Ordered tie rods, seals, bearings and ball joint sub assemblies to repair our old forklift. They shipped the parts in a reasonable time and one of the two packages was stolen at our front door (delivered on Saturday on a holiday weekend in an industrial area). Lift Parts Warehouse's fault not the shippers. They shipped out replacements right away and took care of the claim to insurance. Great customer service.

In all honesty, this is one of the best companies I have dealt with in a long time. Dealing with them was like a breath of fresh air compared to lots of other companies I have to deal with. Cherryl spent quite a bit of time with me trying to help me figure out what was the correct part for me. After some time of work and not being able to come up with an answer she referred the problem over to some experts who were able to solve the problem. Most sales people would have sent me on my way and I would still be trying to find the part I need. She is a rare salesperson. I was lucky to get her.

I have only been using this site for a few orders and have been impressed with the variety of equipment supported. The search engines have a learning curve but usable. We did have to return an item that was ordered in error, my fault, but the customer service was great. They handled it well regardless of the pauses due to differing lunch breaks. Thank you very much for your kind, courteous and expedient service.

Couldn't ask for a better company to deal with. I ordered parts from Lift Parts Warehouse (LPW) that were packaged and shipped immediately and the shipping company lost them. After trying to deal with the shipping company for over a week as to where my parts are, I finally contacted LPW and they shipped out replacement parts that arrived the very next day and told me they would handle the claim with the shipping company. All the people at LPW that I dealt with were very nice and easy to work with. I'd give them 10 stars if available.

Another satisfied customer! Thank you for helping Lift Parts Warehouse find the correct mufflers for our forklifts! They are now purrrrrrring like kittens! Just need model and serial numbers and BAM! Customer service and parts hooked me up and shipping was lickity split, Super Fast! The first muffler I ordered came the NEXT DAY! The second muffler I ordered came just a couple of days, but still faster than expected. Lift Parts has got a great thing going for them and use a great shipping service!

EXCELLENT customer service and EXCELLENT prices! I have used Lift Parts Warehouse 2 times so far, each time they have exceeded my expectations. The first, I had no interaction with customer service... I ordered from their website and within a few days my part showed up... truly quick turnaround with the best internet price I could find. Second, I was ordering brakes for a forklift and did not know what to order. I called customer service, gave them the model number and they told me everything I needed to order. Lift Parts Warehouse: A Disappointing Experience

Their website stated that there would be no shipping charges for orders exceeding $650, and it indicated that the tires we required were available in stock at a price of $350 each. Based on this information, we decided to purchase two of them. However, the very next day, we received an email informing us that these items would not be in stock for another 2-3 months. Alternatively, we were given the option to pay a higher price to receive them immediately. We chose not to pay the additional amount and expressed our willingness to wait. Surprisingly, we then received another email presenting us with a $325 shipping bill. We reached out to them, inquiring if they could honor the free shipping policy advertised on their website for orders over $650. Unfortunately, they informed us that they were unable to do so. Frustrated by these inconsistencies, we ultimately decided to cancel our order. Needless to say, we will never consider doing business with Lift Parts Warehouse again.

I sent them an email with model, serial number, and what parts I was looking for. I also had in my email the part numbers that another company had told me I needed. Their customer service representative never looked that those numbers were correct. They emailed me they had the parts and the price. I ordered them, and they were different than what I needed. I contacted them, as I have a certain number of days to return them. I returned them as requested. It took over 1 month to get my money refunded, minus a 25% restocking fee was deducted. They claimed I ordered the wrong parts. What do their staff members do? They never checked to make sure they were the correct part numbers. I will never do business here again.

These guys are awesome! The response time is great with a picture of the part I am looking for to verify it's what I am looking for before it ships. I had a complaint on an order and they responded within minutes of emailing them, working fast to resolve my complaint even though it turned out unfounded. They are thorough in helping me locate the parts I need to complete the job and their pricing is better than any of my local distributors. A quick E-mail, text, or phone call and my parts are on their way and arriving in a reasonable timeframe. Only problem I have had is they can not provide me with part numbers to confirm parts currently installed are correct. Overall I would definitely recommend this company for parts needs.

Ordered a part during business hours on a Saturday 2/19/2022 on a part listed as being "in stock". Received an email receipt same date and notified I would receive another upon shipment of item which according to the website would be 1-4 days. On Tuesday 2/22/2022 received an email from a customer service rep. "Emanuela K." from their Parts Dept. She advised that they no longer offer the product at the price I paid but will need to charge me an additional $40.00. They wanted me to respond to make sure it was ok. Of course I said no and cancelled my order. They stated it would take several days to show back up on my card. It hasn't yet but this only happened yesterday. This is a bait and switch type site that does not honor what they claim to.

I ordered lift parts from Lift Parts Warehouse: *** on 09 June via their website and promptly paid via ***. Later I was contacted by the company saying they will not honor the order and demanded an additional $15 for the part they priced at $23. I refused and asked to be refunded. Several phone calls and dozens of emails later and they still refuse to refund my money or ship my part. They actually told me to contact *** myself and look into it.
