I canceled my insurance policies with them in May. That was a headache and took a few days to finally get someone to close the accounts. I even got a small ($21) check saying it was closed. I just discovered that they closed 1 of 4 (didn't know I had 4) and have still been debiting my bank account for a total of $3259.75. I log in and there is no way to disable autopay. I am going to be calling and hopefully get someone to refund my money or I am going to have to sue.

Claimed loss: $3259.75

Desired outcome: I want a refund.
