I used AM card around 2 years, When I got this card immediately to apply for online banking, and then i calling them i want to know which amount i should to pay, they told me recent charges, so i just paid recent charges every month, actually, the statement and amount was wholly correct.Until today i found they charge me $193 for interests, i calling them again they told me i owe them $9933 including $900 interests from 2012 to now. I can not believe it, i check my payment history i paid almost $38, 000 already only two years by myself?38, 000+9933 that's impossible, by the way their manager was very rude and impatient and shouted me, i didn't get any help, i told them i would not pay any interests and late fee, it's not my fault, you guys are cheating on me, They do not even have any reminder alarm. Anyway, just wait my statement to calculate everything, i pay the money i should to pay and then close my account. they don't have local bank, i don't know what's best solution.

call a credit card counseling agency. They can help you resolve the issue to eliminate some of the debt but you will have to pay them for the help to get out of the big bill. Credit card companies know the laws of ins and outs of credit card debt. Good Luck! Lexington Law is a credit counseling company who may be in your state
