Amazon amazon customer service/refunds dept

I purchased a pool monitor in July 2019, returned it in July 2019, received an email that Amazon received it and that my refund was completed July 25, 2019. Amazon attempted to refund the $349 but was declined by my credit union because Amazon coded as checking and not saving account (it was paid out of saving acct). I got with my bank and they provided a letter of proof that the refund never went to my account. I have sent this letter to the email address above.
I have never experienced such bad customer service. I have been told that the refund was completed numerous times, told to email charges-inquiries@amazon.com, which I have done many times and have never received a reply from them.
Amazon has the product I returned and has my money...that's got to be illegal. They have stolen my money!

Amazon prepaid visa gift card

I was told by Amazon that I could use a PrePaid Gift Card for purchases on Amazon. Taking them at their word I purchased a toy for my nephew. That order and charge went through with no problem. I then ordered another item with the balance on the gift card. However, that order was declined (5 times) even though there was enough money on the gift card to cover the cost of the item. I contacted Amazon and they were absolutely useless. They were not interested in resolving the issue and told me it was the problem of the issuer of the card. It wasn't. I asked the Amazon rep why there was no problem with the first order using the same card but he didn't know and could only provide their usual excuses. I have confirmed that there is no issue with the card; I already knew that as the card was used to purchase one item. The funny thing is, I ended up deleting the gift card on Amazon and successfully used it on another site with absolutely no issues. I do not find Amazon to be trustworthy. I will never shop on Amazon again. The bigger Amazon gets brings their customer service to zero!

Amazon cd's

Was informed cd's would arrive on sun with a thurs order — 6 hrs from phoenix — still not here — so its 4 days from phoenix to new miexico. I could drive to phoenix in 6 hrs — jesus christ — get your [censored] together — will no longer pay for prime for 4 to 6 day service 6 hrs from the warehouse — no excuses except incpepetence. No update — if trump slowed you down have the stones say so. Was in the trans business for 30 yrs — I know there is a warehouse failure with no regard for updating the customer.

This is a very serious complaint and concern that we are issuing to amazon we hope that this complaint would be resolved immediately my wife was browsing on you guys website for christmas gifts in the toy section and this is what we seen which is very disturbing

Amazon case 3:93cr30-01

My account was suspended due to amazon wanting a copy of my bank statement. I am a buyer not a seller and use my debit card for all purhases. My debit card does not appear on my checking account statement. I called amazon where they told me that Amazon France has suspended my account. A credit and larger debit appears on my bank statement. They refuse to tell me what this is about. Claimed they do not have access and I will be contacted in 24 hours. Well I get an email in French. Called Amazon back and I was told to go to a library to get the email translated. In the meantime i cannot make any purchases on Amazon and I pay every month to be a prime member. Sounds to me like they want to know how much money I have in my account so they can start targeting me for sales. I do not give out my checking account number/routing number to anyone.

Amazon batteryspec.com is not a trusted seller.

I ordered a battery from this source and found out the charge is from
AMZN Mktp US, Amzn.com/bill. WA for $12.08. After this so-called-purchase that
I have not received yet, my credit card was used by others. I have notified Visa
and the card is no longer active. I also found out later that their certification is
expired. I wish Amazon would maybe check on sellers they use more carefully.

Please disregard my complaint about being charged by AMZN Mktp US, Amzn.com/bill. WA for $12.08.
That was a different order for a battery and that one is fine.
Batteryspec.com has not charged me yet for $21.64 which was for another battery I ordered. However, my credit card number was hacked around the time of these two orders.

Amazon marketplace

I am an individual who has been selling products on Amazon for over ten years. I order products through a drop ship wholesaler who represents hundreds of manufacturers and over 13, 000 products. Our wholesale outlet is one of the most respected in the country and purchases only from verified trademark holders for redistribution. Because of the numbers involved, the manufacturers might not know my name. However, I have an account in good standing with the wholesaler. I list my products on Amazon by means of a data feed directly from the wholesaler. Occasionally a manufacturer/trademark holder may grow concerned about counterfeit products offered on Amazon and submit blanket complaints about every retailer they see on Amazon whose name they do not recognize. This happened to me. When this happens I immediately contact the wholesaler to ask for a letter of verification and an introduction to the manufacturer/trademark holders as proof that I sell products sourced only from the trademark holder - not counterfeits. I also request and receive letters of verification from the manufacturer/trademark holder. At Amazon's request I also submitted invoices from the wholesaler to show that I purchase products from the legitimate source. These letters and invoice are attached as Exhibits to this complaint. Once these documents have been submitted Amazon stopped communicating with me. All I received were automated e-mails stating that I need to submit the documents I already submitted. Using automation Amazon repeats the same complaint and document request over and over ignoring the documentation sent to them. After several automated e-mails, Amazon stopped replying altogether.

After several weeks of sending automated e-mails Amazon suspended my account and held the funds for the sales I had already completed. The unpaid balance due to me is $312.68. When I requested the release of the funds, Amazon sent one automated e-mail saying I could expect a response in 7 days. I contacted them again after 14 days and received an automated response saying Amazon will not release the funds, they will not provide the reason and will no longer communicate with me. The customer paid me, not Amazon, for the merchandise I delivered. This money does not belong to Amazon. The maneuver of not transmitting to me the proceeds of my sales does not seem to be even legal. The use of robot e-mail replies on Amazon's part hints to my mind at fraudulent intent.

Conclusion: Please help me in getting Amazon to release the $312.68 I earned selling on Amazon. I am not interested in reinstatement as an Amazon seller, since I believe they deal fraudulently with vulnerable individuals attempting to sell merchandise on their website.

Additional Information: I believe this process of (1) Accusing a seller of wrongdoing (2) Ignoring a seller's defense (3) Holding the seller's balance due presumably for be kept as Amazon's personal business property - this process is a generalized fraudulent scheme. The basis for my belief is the number of complaints by sellers on Amazon who has voiced the same complaint.

Amazon amazon prime

I am getting a recurring charge to my credit card for Amazon Prime for $14.09. I was charged twice in one month. Once on 09/09 and again on 09/11.
What is this for?

I wish to discontinue these charges.

I do not want to have Amazon Prime services.
Please tell me how to stop these charges.

I am unaware of any agreement that I have with Amazon Prime.

Amazon recurring charges to my bank account

I ordered 10 albums around 8/28 I only received 9.I can tell you the ones I got but I can't tell you the one I didn't get.I only ordered 1 time from Amazon and now for the last 2 months Amazon has taken $13.87 out of my bank account and I want a refund, and I want it to stop.And I would like to know why Amazon has taken from my account without my OK.

Amazon a charge on my credit card which was used & now is shredded by my bank what was this charge for in the first place? I want to know???

Reequesting a refund on my credit card used on 10/05/2019. A charge on my credit card for $ 12.99...I would like to know what this was for please ? i have had somebody that i do not know use it & i still was in my possession. My credit card called me for another issue i just had this month. So i had to be issued a new card @ my bank & they shreded the old one. Like i said what was this charge for, so i know what is going on as well...Please let me know what this was for ? thank you reference # mt192802721000010001367

Amazon crucial ss hd

unit failed after one year, removed put old hard drive back in, working ok.
have attempted to contact crucial, but cant understand phone person.
im'm in costa rica return usa for 1 month at thanks giving, would like to send to crucial at that time for NEW replacement.

Have tried to contact Crucial direct, get to phone contact, can not understand person in call center.

Amazon being charged for amazon prime I didn't request

Hi my name is Deborah towndrow, I have just checked my mastercard statement and noticed I have been charged for Amazon prime?, I dont even have an account with Amazon.
On my statement it reads as folows

Amazon I am complaining about 2 stainless steel neck collars

Order number 111-[protected]-8776264

Date of arrival package: 28 -10 2019

Complaint: On the same day of arrival two of the three collars turned out to be of very bad quality. The linking pins broke off, without any use of force. The two collars are also unusable.

I want my money back for these two collars. That makes 2 x 38.99 = 77, 98 dollar. Perhaps it's also possible to get back a part of the costs for shipping & Handling.

Amazon my new nyx swear by it palette was broken

My boyfriend from USA ordered an NYX Swear By It palette on Oct20, 2019 (Amazon.com Order #[protected])from USA to Singapore.
And the item was just delivered just now and when I opened the parcel, the palette was wrapped poorly and what I saw was the powder of the eyeshadows scattered all over the palette box.I attached the photos below.It gets so mad because I got very different from what I see in the photo.Please take action as soon as possible because I never experienced like this and I am so disappointed about it.

Amazon I’m being charged twice

I'm being charged for amazon prime on two different accounts: (1) #6658. (2) #0056. Please remove the #6658. I don't know how long this has been going on, but being charged twice is not acceptable. Amazon charge for no reason.

A charge for $13.90 from Amazon was in my checking account today.
WHY? I am not sure what you want? The simple fact is there is a charge
in my account for $13.90 subtracted from my checking account. 350 words or
characters will not make it more simple. All I want is an answer as to why I
was charged this amount by Amazon. I have paid in full for all orders I have
received from Amazon, so what is this $13.90 for? Susan

Amazon advertising using ava maria... you are disgusting!

Remove your advertising using the sacred song, Ava Maria. How dare you use this song to sell yourself! I was disgusted with Amazon every time I hear this highly religious song in your crappy low class ads. You are not going to benefit and will receive many negative and angry complaints from people who do not wish to hear you using it to make money! I am a long time customer and know plenty of others who will abandon your service over your outrageous choice. REMOVE it, out of RESPECT for your customers.

Amazon my items lost by Amazon.com

will explain the situation from begin. I ordered a ring bell at 30 September 2019 with this order number: ORDER # [protected]. After 2 weeks waited with patience, but estimated delivery date already gone. I called Aramex, and I send mail, literally the parcel lost by Amazon. They refunded me as gift card, even they didn't ask me. And the second issue, I wasn't sure shop from Amazon again, but because they refunded me gift card for lost parcel, I bought another ring bell. ORDER # [protected]. I expressed my concerns to Customer Services maybe 2 times, because that was gift and I didn't want any hassle. From Exclusive CS Aaron promised me that there will be any trouble, I trusted his words...

Today was estimated delivery date, and seems there wasn't any move since 18 October 2019 in Aramex. In this period I talked with Aaron again I remembered his words, and he responded me exactly this: ''I realize you're upset, and I regret we've been unable to address your concerns to your satisfaction. However, we'll not be able to offer any additional insight or action on these matters, and any further inquiries on this matter won't receive a response.'' I talked with Aramex today, and they confirmed that there wasn't any move since 18 October. I am sending mails for this issue, as he Aaron told me no one responding. I don't know what should I do. I know it happens once, but second ... And no one cares? I wouldn't be worried if I bought for myself, but this is for someone else, Amazon literally put me in a difficult position.

And now: ''Now expected October 24 - November 2
We're very sorry your delivery is late. Most late packages arrive in a day. If you have not received your package by November 2, you can come back here the next day for a refund or replacement.''

Amazon I am not received ordered product from amazon but the bank billed for me with interest

September 28th i have ordered mobile from amazon its a emi order, they not attempted to delivery and without knowing me they returned the product. but i also contacted the amazon customer support. they told me your refund initiated you will get it in your payment method.

But when brought from amazon side they gifted the cashback. that the cashback amount deducted from my previous payment.

I have contacted the bank they told me your emi is not cancelled.

Now, i not received the ordered product but i need to pay emi amount including.

Amazon totally stealing my money using high tech fraud concept.

Amazon customer service and packages not delivered

I called customer service and spoke with Keyla. I explained I sent a gift and paid to have it shipped overnight. I didn't get a picture of the delivery, I didn't receive an email that the package was delivered and the person that was supposed to receive the package did not receive it. The tracking said it was delivered but it wasn't. I had 2 additional packages that were supposed to be delivered. One was signed by someone I don't know and the other was still being shipped. Not once did she apologize for the inconvenience, empathize or show any remorse. I told her I didn't feel like she cared, she didn't respond for quite a while and I told her that just showed me she didn't. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never order from amazon again. I spent $130 for 3 packages and when one is a gift, at the very least it should be delivered and cared for. Please review the call and give that girl coaching, she needs to learn that customer service is literally a job focused on the customer and caring about the customer and the sad part is she didn't even seem bothered when she was called out for it.
