I have been a client for almost 21 years. I called to get my bill lowered or cancel my account. I was talked into switching to fiber which cut my bill by 60%. I was also talked into switching to their mobile service. It has been 90 days now. My TV box turns off randomly on a daily basis, it turns off the volume randomly as well. I have to unplug it, wait a minute and plug it back in to get things working again. The TV buffers constantly. My internet buffers constantly and is slower than when I was on their coax cable service. My mobile service is even worse. I constantly drop calls, even on WIFI. I can have two or three bars and 5G and can't make an outgoing call or the calls that do go through drop. Their technical support is horrible. I get passed from one person to another to another and most of them barely speak English. When they installed the fiber, their technicians left without completing the work twice and completely blew off the third appointment costing me three days of lost work and wages and they refuse to compensate me. These people are absolute criminals. I am writing to the FCC and every other alphabet agency that has anything to do with approving their license.
Recommendation: Never Use Optimum
