Altech Netstarlack of service

On the 20th of November I called netstar to inform them of a fault on unit fitted to my vehicle. I was informed to sort the problem out myself with the fitment centre to which I advised the consultant that the reason I am calling is so that head office could sort this issue out as they have done so in the past. Consultant didn’t care less and refused to assist. I then proceeded to email the problem to netstar. I was called back by one of their consultants on the 26th of November to advise that they had informed Netstar in Lenasia to contact me regarding the replacement / repair of the unit. I did not hear anything from either netstar head office or the fitment centre in Lenasia until I tried to contact netstar again on the 28th of November only to realise that the enquiry to the fitment centre in Lenasia did not go through as an invalid email contact was used. Surely at that stage netstar should have picked this up. Secondly they informed me that they spoke to someone at the fitment centre to assist with this problem. On the 06th of December I used their website satisfactory service to inform them of my complaint, a response was only given on the 17th of December to advise once again that this is my problem not theirs. Again on the 11th I contacted netstar to advise that the problem was not yet sorted out and that I am waiting for a response to this problem. Considering that I am paying a premium to have this service it’s rather unfair to be treated in this manner. All I want is for my unit to be fixed or replaced at no inconvenience to me and quite honestly I do not think that this is too much to ask for. Please assist in resolving this matter

    I had the same problem - was escalated but never fixed
