Altair Engineering, Inc. I don't know if Altair Engineering is going out of business or if they are just completely unprofessional

I don't know if Altair Engineering is going out of business or if they are just completely unprofessional. Why else would they not respond to a lucrative business proposal to fill a couple long term jobs for a fortune 500 company? Not only that, I am supplying them with the information on one of the employees the fortune 500 company wants to hire! Initially they promised to contact me "immediately" but my follow up calls don't get answered. When I then politely called and asked to speak to the office manager, they refused to let me. It's their loss but it bothers me when salespeople don't want to sell, consultants won't consult, and above all else, it bothers me to be lied to.
