Any attempt to contact customer service results in poor communication or 'sleight of hand' responses. Issues do not get resolved. 50c per email, most get received, some do not. For the ones that do not, try to ask for your money back.

I attempted to send money through this site and when asked to verify my identity I was given trivia questions about my city instead of legitimate identity verification questions. I called to complain and spoke with a guy named Cameron who was rude and hung up on me! Avoid this site if you can. Call your local county or state and ask them to use another service because this site is unprofessional and not helpful. It is sad when you only have one option to send money. I am calling my governor to inform him of the disservice that this site is providing!

Trying to send money to Fond du Lac County Jail to my person, I have tried 3 different cards and every time I get the transaction declined message. This has been going on for two weeks now. I contacted my 3 DIFFERENT banks they all said it was on the Merchant side, ie. JailATM, as non one of the 3 banks showed a transaction hit on their side. I tried calling JailATM and the phone just kept ringing for over 10 minutes. There are no issues on my 3 banks ends, its all on Jail ATM. It's a horrible service if done over the computer and I am very frustrated I cannot send needed money to my incarcerated person who desperately needs it.
