A+ very happy with global all states car rental and their service. It was so easy to rent from them, hassle-free no line, friendly staff, process was fast and easy. Also, it's great to be able to rent a car with the debit card. The guys at the front desk were great. We are from australia and used this car service for our trip to las vegas grand canyon san francisco and back, we rented two cars for our large group. Again everything was a+ a+ ! Cars were perfect, ready when we got there and very clean! Surely me and my family will continue to use this car service again.

Rented a car on line at All State Car Rental in Los Angeles, near LAX, 3/26/16. It was a sunny day and car appeared adequate. Two days later it rained. The tires were bald and we nearly spun out. The brakes were poor. The windshield wipers were shredded so we could not see to drive. We parked the car and requested them to come and pick it up where we were staying in Studio City. Our complaints were noted with them and our credit card company. They did not come for the car so we rented with Enterprise and drove both cars to the Global Allstate rental office. They refused to give us a refund so we proceeded with a dispute with the credit card company. Now over two months later they have lied and stated we never complained at the time and that their "car dealership" said none of the safety hazards were found. We now have to file another dispute with our credit card and have "a second opinion from another merchant in the same field that states how the service was defective".
