Your company had trespassed on my property several times. I have a "NO SOLICITATION" sign in clear view that was ignored. Teach your company to respect the law. I had made it clear solicitations were not welcome and you were trespassing by doing so.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! IF YOU WANT TO BE ENDLESSLY HARRASSED, GET A QUOTE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL HOUND YOU NON STOP. THEY CAME TO OUR HOME AND GAVE US AN ASTRONOMICAL QUOTE OF OVER $100,000 FOR 14 WINDOWS AND 3 SLIDERS. WE OF COURSE EXPLAINED THAT WE WERE NOT INTERESTED BUT THEY HAVE PROCEEDED TO CALL US REPEATEDLY AFTER ***MANY ATTEMPTS*** TO GET REMOVED FROM THEIR SOLICITATION LIST. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DO NOT MIND BEING HARRASSED. COMPLAINT FILED WITH FTC, HOPEFULLY, THEY WILL BE MORE SUCCESSFUL IN GETTING THEM TO STOP CALLING.
Reece's windows are great and installation was done very well, however, my issue is with repair and customer service
Reece's windows are great and installation was done very well, however, my issue is with repair and customer service. My windows were installed April 5&6 2021. More than 2 weeks later I still had not received a call to schedule the inspection. It shouldn't have been my responsibility to call *** to get the inspection scheduled, yet the person on the phone seemed clueless. Also a window screen had been installed with a hole and a clip broken. The Reece guy came by on Apr 27th to pick up the screen. I had to call Reece again to check on my screen and schedule installation of the snap plates. Finally, that guy comes over on May 21st but didn't bring the screen because he said his car wasn't big enough. Are you kidding me? So send someone else with a truck! DUH! After trying several times to get someone to answer their phone, I spoke to Bill, supposedly in repairs, and I told him I wanted the screen delivered by the next day. I could tell he didn't care about my situation and told me I had no right to 'bark orders'. What happened to making a customer feel they appreciate your business, offering an apology for their all their mistakes and willingness to take care of finishing up the job? I hope I never have to deal with Reece again. Unfortunately, if something goes wrong, I won't a choice. I'm not recommending this company!
