All Weather Windows review: Replacement door

We had no problem scheduling our install for our new doors. They were very quick and got the job done nicely. When the installer put in our back door, we noticed that the slab was cracked and there is a dent in the door. The installer put in a ticket for a replacement door. This is now middle/end of February and we are still fighting with them to get the door replaced. It's been over three months now and they continue to tell us the door was in the shop and then somehow disappeared or was sold or they are so busy, no one has been able to inspect the door. They clearly only want your business to purchase, but are unwilling to honor the replacement. The communication between them has been awful. WE continue to be the ones to reach out to them for an update. They can't be bothered to make this right or contact us with any answers. I am appalled that this is how they treat their customers. I certainly WILL NOT recommend them to anyone. Especially since it's such an easy fix of replacing ONE door.
