I am submitting a complaint against AliExpress, an online shopping platform, regarding a transaction that occurred on 5 May 2023 for the amount of $69.18. The order was never received. AliExpress canceled the package and returned it, but they continue to require proof of non-receipt in order to process a refund.
I contacted the seller multiple times, but they did not respond. I also attempted to resolve the issue through AliExpress’s dispute process; however, the dispute was closed without providing me a refund. Despite following all requested procedures, AliExpress has failed to provide a reliable solution for over two years, leaving me without the product I purchased and without reimbursement.
I have no way of obtaining the proof of non-receipt document they request, as the package never arrived at my local post office or through any delivery service. I am seeking assistance to obtain the full refund of $69.18, as AliExpress has not fulfilled their obligation to refund my payment
