I gotta say, Brad's Deals is a pretty sweet website. I've snagged some killer deals on there, but I gotta dock a star for one reason. If you accidentally delete the info about your purchase, you're screwed! I couldn't find a spot on the site to check out "my account" or "my purchases," and there's no way to get in touch with Brad's Deals. I had a company reach out to me about a mistake in the price, and they needed me to pay more to get my item shipped. But without that confirmation number, I was stuck. Luckily, I called the company back and the person I talked to was able to look up my account. Crisis averted! But seriously, why doesn't Brad's Deals have any contact info on their site? It's a bit of a head-scratcher.

I gotta say, Brad's Deals is the real deal. I've been on their listserve for a hot minute now and I've been buying something almost every day. With my busy schedule and stores closing left and right, it's hard to find the time to shop. But with Brad's Deals, I can shop from the comfort of my own home and still get some sweet deals.

I recently had a not-so-great experience with Brad's Deals and BON-TON. I received an alert from Brad's Deals about a Kitchen Aid Mixer deal that included a rebate for an Ice Cream attachment. Excited about the offer, I went ahead and made the purchase from BON-TON. However, when the product arrived, I was disappointed to find out that it was a discontinued model from three years ago, which was not included in the rebate program. To make matters worse, KitchenAid refused to honor the rebate.

I regret not going with a similar deal from CostCo, a company that I trust. Instead, I trusted Brad's Deals, which turned out to be untrustworthy. BON-TON has been giving me the runaround, and I wish Brad's Deals had done a better job of vetting the company before recommending it on their website. If Brad's Deals had looked into BON-TON's reputation on Consumer Affairs, they would have seen the numerous complaints about the company's unreliable and nefarious web sales tactics. If Brad's Deals is truthful about their "vetting" process, they should never direct a consumer to BON-TON again.

I just don't get it, why wouldn't anyone give Brad's Deals a 5-star rating? They do all the work for you by scouring the internet for sales and deals on items you might be interested in. It's such a time-saver! I've purchased so many things that I wouldn't have known about if it weren't for Brad's Deals. And let me tell you, you're not buying anything from Brad's Deals themselves, they're just letting you know where the sales are happening. It's up to you to make the purchase from the vendor within the specified timeline or criteria. So, if you miss out on a deal, it's on you! Make sure to read the details of the sale carefully.

I highly recommend signing up for their daily emails. They've introduced me to so many new sites that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. And I've gotten some amazing deals because of it. That's such a great deal that I bought two subscriptions for myself and even got one as a gift for my sister. And then I was able to do the same thing with The STAR supermarket tabloid for about the same price. I got two subscriptions for myself and another one for my sister.

If you only want a one- or two-year subscription, the price is a little bit higher, but it's still a really good deal.

I've seen Brad notify members of even more magazine subscriptions that are in the $5 per year price range. I think the publishers might discount the price because Brad can deliver a huge burst of new paid subscriptions in a brief period of time.

If you're a big magazine reader like me, I definitely recommend signing up for Brad's email list so you can get notifications about his deals. I'm really happy with the purchases I've made so far, and I'm looking forward to seeing what other deals Brad has in store.

Instead, this guy named Brad scours the internet to find the best deals on anything you could think of. I signed up a few weeks ago and have already scored some sweet deals. Each deal has a writeup that tells you all about the regular price, the best price it's been before, shipping fees, sales tax, coupons, and a link to where you can buy it. They've got all the big brands too, like Nike, Fossil, Lands End, Michael Kors, Sephora, and even credit card deals. And get this, all the sites they link to are super professional and take PayPal.

But the real kicker is the magazine subscriptions. They're practically giving them away! I got a year of Rachael Ray for only $4 and Handyman for $5. And you can even renew or get new subscriptions for multiple years for a lot of the most popular magazines.

And it's not just small stuff either. I got an anti-gravity chair for a steal and it's top-notch quality. It came super fast too. I even got my first Rachael Ray magazine within two weeks of ordering. So you know this site is legit.

It's like having a cool friend who knows all the best deals and tells you about them. I can't wait to see what Brad finds next!

Back on August 3rd, I placed an order for some Stanley cups that were on sale from Bed Bath and Beyond through Brad's Deals. I never received them, and I have been in contact with your team via email since then. I have asked for the product or a refund. They have claimed to send the product two more time and the tracking information doesn't say where it was delivered only that it had been delivered. I have never received it, nor a refund and they keep putting me off with excuses. I was a very loyal customer and have been giving you all the benefit of the doubt, but half a year has gone buy. I have every email if I need to send them to you.

I ordered Adidas shoes through Brad's Deals. Never received an order number. Never received a receipt.

Need to return these shoes and Brad's deals says go direct to the vendor site. Contacted Adidas and they have no record of the order,

I bought 5 Stanley cups and I have never received them. They said they would resend them, but I never got them. I sent my receipt with pictures of my address and I still have received anything. Now they have gone silent.

But, I had bought items on this website before, so I waited. After several months they said they would give me a full refund or resend the cups. I wanted the cups so I asked to resend them. So, I was browsing the internet for some good deals and stumbled upon Brads Deals (bradsdeals.com). I decided to give it a try and bought 3 necklaces from Super Jeweler. The necklaces were supposed to be sterling silver with diamonds and normally sell for $299.00 each. However, I got them for only $14.00 each. I was pretty excited about the deal, but when I received the items, I was disappointed. They were not even worth the $14.00 I paid for them. I felt like I got ripped off.

To make matters worse, if I wanted to return the items, I had to insure them and pay for the return postage. This was a hassle and an additional expense that I did not want to deal with. I was really disappointed with my experience with Brads Deals. I felt like I had been scammed and that the deal was too good to be true.

Lesson learned, I will never use Brads Deals again. I should have trusted my instincts and not fallen for the too-good-to-be-true deal. I have tried on several occasions to purchase something and be denied and even blocked in trying to use my credit card to purchase an item.

So because I'm not comfortable with it I will go back and clear all the billing information I filled in.

On 4/18/2023 at 9:00 AM after closing the site completely and trying again with a different card, the same thing will happen and I'll get a Warning!

When the page reappears it will still have my credit card information filled in the boxes. THAT is Scary!

Multiple times I have placed successful orders on Brad's deals using their coupons. Unfortunately, most recently I find it is nothing more than a site to retrieve my personal information for solicitors! The discount prices are not being honored and my personal information is being stored and solicited!

Meanwhile, my email is being flooded with unwanted advertising!

This Company was paid by PayPal on April 10th, the sum of $48.00.

They have my money, but I have never received their product.

I placed an order for the Valentines Day gift box on Tuesday February 8th through Brad’s Deals. I paid $40.00. Delivery was supposed to be on Friday the 12th. I have not received my order and today is Valentine’s Day. I’m very disappointed. Please follow up on this issue.
