I’m awaiting delivery of several items which I desperately need, using tracking number
IW130532164GB. It advises me that the goods cannot be delivered due to an unexpected problem, on handover, for the items. Please explain why:-
I was not advised by AliExpress via email etc
What the difficulty is and when it happened!
And why these goods haven’t been reordered automatically. I find this quite absurd. I have been an AliExpress customer for sometime and did not expect treatment like this.
