Alibaba review: I'm complaining about products ordered and never received.

This person sent me all of the documents needed to order on Alibaba's messaging platform how is this possible? Why are company allowed to redirect customers to other website such as WhatsApp? How do people representing verified companies use Alibaba.com using invoices-[protected]-Associazione-Progetto Futuro with an tracking number https://www.allboardersfreightmovers.com/ tracking# AFM7303636US how come companies have the ability to draw-up a "Send order request" on Alibaba's official website if the company's not authorized?
