You and others who use the pharmacy at Rio Bravo know about the long waiting lines, high turn over of staff and pharmacists, recently a person who wanted me to call corporate to opt in for phone text notifications when my medication refill are ready, but changed their mind quickly when I mentioned the manager being notified about calling corporate to opted in for notification of medicine for pick up at the pharmacy, 4 months ago pharmacymanager accusing me of lying about my prescription missing and saying that she was hearing about me too many times and will not deliver medicine to me at my anymore, until after I came in and the staff were told to turn on the cameras and found the missing medication that was not delivered to my home, after this incident with the pharmacy manager I was dismissed by her and have had more probmems ever since, there were 2 incidents of my debt card being hacked shortly after using my debt card at Rio Bravo pharmacy and self serve line, in this line I had problems with my debit card and the machine, a staff member helped me on another machine and swiped it 10 times while flipping the debit card over and over again, rude customers touching and pressing buttons on the debt card machine while I was putting codes in, a pharmacist told me to me that i needed to go back and shop at walgreens not Albertsons, I gave this pharmacist my debit card information over the phone and the card was hacked 1 week later.
I wish and pray that someone could straighten out this store out before they go out of business because of the problems that I have had above for 1 year or so!
I don't know if my review above will be seen or if anyone in management will do anything about these issues, but the store is going down hill fast
Recommendation: Close the store and move in a better neighborhood hire professional staff who work and want to work in the store and pharmacy and who want to assist customers.
