Al Zahra Hospital Dubaitraumatic experience by unqualified staff - a nightmare

I had visited Al Zahra hospital on the 10th of Sep, 2018, for a fasting blood test. The mail technician who drew my blood almost jabbed the needle into my arm. I have a very easily visible vein and have never faced any difficulty at the time of blood sampling throughout my life. The technician did not even bother to press the wound to prevent blood from flowing out,

Today the 25th of Sep, I am still suffering from severe pain even after taking numerous pain killers. I feel the wound is very deep. I have send my grievances to the customer service with a copy to the Director of Customer Service as I was informed by the call center.

Till date I did not even receive an acknowledgement nor a call from the hospital.

It is very evident that Al Zahra hospital, Dubai, does not care about it's patients. Al Zahra Dubai is just a big hospital. Not a good hospital.

This has been the most traumatic medical experience of my life.
