The services provided by Raleigh Radiology, LLC were good, no complaints there. However, their billing practices are a bit shady. I got a bill that said I owed $496.00 in big letters, but as a regular person, I had to really look hard to see that I only owed $18.19. It seems like they purposely made the bill confusing to trick people into paying more. I bet a lot of people fall for it.

I went to Raleigh Rad for an x-ray and they charged me for it, but I never even got one! I called them up and they said they would fix it, but it took forever and they were super unhelpful. It was a big hassle and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Raleigh Radiology don't have my account. They said they don't see it in their collections account. I contacted them many times and they said they don't see my name so I can't pay the balance that I owe on my credit. I want this to be fixed. I never went to Raleigh Radiology for services and I don't know why I have an account in collections. I talked to someone in billing each time and nobody could find my information at any of their locations or in their collections.

I got a text saying I owe money, but I ain't got no bill. I been on hold for 3 hours tryna get a copy of the bill, and asked for call backs, but they ain't call me back. I emailed them twice, but they ain't respond. I called Raleigh Radiology, but they work with some other biller and can't give me the bill or any info 'bout them. They told me to check online, but the website say my birthdate ain't right. I can't see how much I owe or pay the bill.

Dr. *** is billing me $473.00 for a CAT scan read which I didn't ask for at *** Medical Center. Sorry, I never filed a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com, but I'm so frustrated with what can only be described as fraud without recourse. Dr. *** is billing me $473.00 out of pocket for reading a CAT Scan which I didn't request as part of a kidney stone treatment in early December at *** Medical Center. I specifically requested an x-ray at the hospital, and they did a CAT Scan against my request and aren't billing me for these services. I've never seen nor met Dr. ***, and his office is unwilling to engage me on the billing dispute, instead sending me to an accountant receivable/billing office, which is essentially a collections unit. I'm making a complaint to the North Carolina Medical Board and filing a civil suit against Dr. *** and his practice. I'm also filing a complaint against *** Medical Facility.

Raleigh Radiology done sent me to collections three times now and one time they mailed bills to the wrong address. I was paying them and they still sent me to collections. This is for the most recent billing/collections issue. They was getting monthly payments from me after they sent me to collections in September , and I paid in full in January . They said it would be settled and pulled back after I talked to their billing department in November . They didn't tell me I was late or ask for other arrangements, they just sent me to collections. I talked to Raleigh Radiology billing, and they said it would be pulled back from collections and I was making my payments. This was in November, and I paid my bill in full on 1/04. They sent me to collections again, even though I was paying on time and paid off early. The credit collector, ***, didn't know my account was good in November, December or January, and it's been on my credit report for months now after being told it was taken care of by three billing agents. It's been hurting my credit and they said it would be settled in November . I got a bill from the creditor dated 2/1, almost a whole month after I paid it off. They keep sending me to collections and not clearing my account with collections, like they said they would do. I need this cleared from my credit report now, since it wasn't supposed to be there in the first place, and they said it would be in November last year.
