Adam Smith was my stellar representative. He took the time to explain each and every detail regarding the process and materials for the roof replacement. He was there on the scheduled day. We called exteriormax initially for dormers problem. They were one of the few companies that accepted to take such work. Then, they provided a free inspection for the roof and provide a clear report about our roof problems. They took care of the claim for the insurance and here we are, 2 months after our first contact with Exteriormax with a new roof, new dormers, and interior damages repaired, and everything has been covered by the insurance. Great company. Definitely recommended.

Exteriormax did an excellent job from beginning to end. Their crew was very professional and I am so glad we chose them. They arrived early morning and finished the job in two days. This was our 4th estimate and in spite that I told Adam We will not enter into a contract today he did a great job explaining and showing us the product. My entire experience with ExteriorMax was outstanding. From the initial consultation, to design, to color selection, Adam was very thorough and helped us through the process. The installation was flawless. The end product turned out perfect, and the crew was professional and courteous. The installation manager contacted us on a daily basis to update the timeline of the project, and stopped by to check on the progress often. Overall, I would recommend the services of ExteriorMax and will plan to use them for future projects.

My first contact with Exteriormax was with Adam Smith who came to give me an estimate for new gutters. He gave me a very professional presentation outlining the process of installing new gutters and he explained the benefits of purchasing the leaf filters to keep the gutters from clogging. He also said that the 6 inch gutters were superior to the standard 5 inch. On the day of installation the installers arrived at a reasonable time and completed the job efficiently. I would recommend Exteriormax to family members and my neighbors.

Our experience with Exteriormax was great! From the start, Tony, the marketing manager was very friendly and I enjoyed talking with him. Adam, the Sales Rep was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable about the products and thoroughly walked us through everything. And although it wasn't expected, the project manager Jay was able to take final measurements and schedule our installation within a couple of weeks. Angel and the rest of the crew on the day of installation arrived on time, completed the job quickly and cleaned everything up! I highly recommend Exteriormax!

We were way overdue for a roof replacement. We met with several roofing companies that were comparable to each other. We chose Exteriormax over their competitors because the price was great, the company was local, and the staff was awesome! We really liked what Adam Smith, the Sr. Remodeling Consultant, proposed and how well he worked with us. Exteriormax even took care of the Architectural Change Application that is required by our HOA. Installation went as planned. The roofing team was very professional and careful. They cleaned up and you couldn't even tell they were here. Well, except for how lovely our new roof looks! We would recommend Exteriormax to anyone needing a new roof.

I found ExteriorMax on Angie's List. Adam emailed me to set up the initial appointment. Adam was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different packages available. He was willing to accommodate and agreed to my negotiated price which was lower than other contractors. Once the contract was signed, he had his team went to work. Justin (scheduler) reached out to schedule the roof installation and the delivery of the materials. Due to the rain forecast, we had to reschedule but Justin was able to reschedule with a new date within a week. On the date of installation, the crew had arrived on time and were very professional. Jay (Project Manager) was onsite and answered all my questions/concerns with the process. After the completion, they thoroughly cleaned up my front/back yard as well as my neighbors'. The roof installation was done within one day starting at 7:45AM and ending at 6:30PM. Adam met with me the following day and provide the pictures of my new roof as well as the final paperwork. Overall, I am very pleased with the service that Adam and his ExteriorMax Team have delivered. I'd recommend Adam and ExteriorMax to my circle of friends and neighbors. I am now good for 50+ years!
