Al Futtaim Group – Disaster in booking my normal service appointment

I want to express my frustration regarding a recurring issue with your booking system.

I have scheduled my car service appointment twice, and on both occasions, the appointment disappeared from the system just a day before it was due. To make matters worse, after raising a complaint about this issue, the case itself also vanished from your system without any resolution or follow-up.

As a result of these repeated system failures, my vehicle is now at risk of exceeding its mileage limit for servicing, which could affect its warranty and performance.

This situation is extremely inconvenient and concerning. I kindly request urgent assistance to secure a confirmed service appointment and to ensure this issue is escalated and properly addressed.
