Greetings,
I write to you on an intent that you may able to have a glimpse on some of the actions that your agents have done to us.
On November 2012, Seetha Agnes an Orient agent have lured me of an insurance called Orient Triplus wherein she promised that:
• Upon maturity of 6 yrs I will get rest of the total money that I have deposited (less endowment payment received in 2nd & 4th yr) plus a profit on that plan which depends on ORIENTs earnings.
• During the period of my plan, I am also entitled of an insurance wherein the calculations is based on my age which she calls the total sum assured mentioned in the plan and that if anything unpleasant things which will happen to me; I or my family can avail of that amount.
With those promises I immediately avail of that plan, and so with some of my friends.
The following year, Seetha was terminated (if it is regarding with misleading issues that she have done; that I don't know) and Ranier Prado was then introduced to me to assist me with my plan. He have also seconded the same promise as what Seetha did, Raniers assurance along with his calculations that I will be getting more or less than AED 10, 000 as a profit have convinced me to continue Arnold's plan in 2016 as Arnold is in need of money during that time and could not pay for his policy.
To my surprise in Nov 2018 upon receiving a maturity payment letter from Orient, I found out that all of the assurance these 2 agents have said are just lies just for the sake of getting sales and benefits. That instead of getting the total amount of my deposited money after maturity plus the earned profit as they have said is just the opposite coz summary shows that I will be losing AED 17, 900. I have raised the issue to Orients assistant VP Shaju Chacku but has just been neglected as they again did the same calculation recently on my other plan under Arnolds policy which I will be losing AED 9, 460.
Having all these made known unto you on what your 2 agents have done to us with proof documents attached, could you please help us find a way that we could at least get our money back as it is not just that we are ought to lose such a huge amount only because of the misleading that these 2 agents have done. And if the Orient Management have discovered long time back the fraud issues that Seetha have done, then isn't it fair that corrections of her wrong conducts should also be extended to those whom she have done wrong and not only of her getting terminated.

I believe it against UAE Law what they offering share profit illustration they say last year we give 3% , 4 % etc share price. After investing, they don't send any report (that is illegal ) should complaint authority and no one care earn money. most people don't understand this. is is scam
Hi. We invested in future invest last year. Now, I'm just so stressed upon reading all your complaints. Mr. Ian's complaint shows that it is resolved. Was it?
In my case I have taken the future invest life insurance, started October 2014 and completed after 5years that is Sept 2019 (by the way monthly installment of 1000AED), I have loan 12000AED after three years of paying. I took this plan as I was thinking that it will be a savings for the future, Last year I badly in need of money due to the pandemic effect. Since I already completed the 5year plan, I will be having 48000AED on them. I filed 50% of that amount, but no reply from them since. On March 2021, I decided to surrender the policy in full, I will get back my money, still the same no response from them though I was sending follow ups emails and even called for the their hotline number. Last August 11 an amount of 6999.07 credited into my account without any calculation or emails regarding on what this all about. Is this the amount of full surrender of my policy number? My agent also is not helping me, I was really disappointed with Orient Insurance. I am planning to complain to the central bank.

No I did not get, my agent said this 6999.07AED is the amount filed for the 50% surrender. Am still waithing for the full surrender. It was filed March 2021.
Mr. Jose, your complaint is about the investment - which did not meet your expectations and their promises of great returns, right? How about your life insurance, is it functional?

Hi arnel, any update on your complaint? I am 1 year away to finishing my 2 policies, one is future invest and another i forgot the name. With the comments above, im starting to be worried.

Ian Infante I got Same Scam by orient insurance that I loose 8200 AED from Triplus Plan as they told me every year profit share and agent told me last year payment no need to make I am still complaining orient insurance

Yes same here, every year I will get profit share. When they are recruiting clients they will convince and tell lies. when you will commit to them that is the time we know what they really are. So now I am very carefull in investing anything, it is our hard earn money.
