Al Futtaimservice center al badia

Dubai e 73110. My vehicle was due for 90k service at al badia it is very unfortunate that when I go to collect my car the seat plastic which the service advisor puts on at the time of receiving the car was not removed and moreover the car was not washed nor vaccumed inside. I made a payment of aed1122 for this service and paid additional outside to have my car cleaned in and out. As a customer I can get a toyota from any dealer but what makes you apart is the after sale service you offer. Looking at the condition of my car it puts me in a dilemma "was all checks done / parts changed for the 90k service"

All said and done I will never return to al futtaim service center again rather opt for other service center where I pay less and be treated as valued customer.

    Hello, my name is Muhammad Anwar yesterday I visited your service center for the car battery and it was expensive and if I go out and purchase the same battery it is cheaper than the one I bought from your service center, my car is model is : Toyota corolla 1.8, 2013 I bought it from your showroom and since then I'm your regular customer and I am not convinced with your service because I didn't receive any discount and they even sent me a survey on my mobile number which is not being open I tried several times, I hope so you guys reply me soon as possible.

    Hi my Name is Shibu. we send our vehicle Toyota HiAce 2018 model for repairing in 3 times. Every time They are saying different complaint but still the same complaint is this vehicle. And in all the time they are not clear and deliver the Vehicle on time to much late for the clearing the vehicle. Till today (17/07/2019) now this vehicle is there Al Badia service center. Yesterday(16/07/2019) your people said 17/07/2019 rectify the problem and release the Vehicle. But now nobody is take the responsibility. This is service center is very bad service.

    My name is Umar Farooq, an owner of Toyota Landcruiser Model of 2020 . I face a lot of incoveniences throughout the services . Kindly give us the attention of being prioritize as per given concern. The main problem was the camera installed at the back of my car is not FIX properly. I went to the service center in Al Badia to do the alignment but no technician available on the site and saying they will call for updates but until now no one called and its irritating as we expect that your services is more professional in action than others .
