This is an online discount airline ticket company, I had booked 2 business class tickets with them and paid for cancelation insurance. Tickets were required to apply for a visitors visa to the United States for my friend from Madagascar. The visa was refused and when I went to cancel her ticket, they wanted to charge me nearly half of what i paid. I also wanted to change the departure date of my ticket, which they wanted almost the same price again as what I paid. I finally negotiated in taking a $2500 loss and that's when they told me I would have to wait 50 days to get my refund. As for the cancelation insurance, they told me it was not them that provided it, even though it was through their web site, when I tried to get contact information they would not provide any. The customer service is rude and lacks any customer appreciation. Bottom line is they are a complete rip off.
