AirAsia AirAsia Ride

Every day I can't get any driver to take my order. Even waited and constantly booked for more than one hour.

Eventually, when I switch to Grad booking order, a Driver with an AirAsia Ride poster posted on the car is picking me up. This happens constantly.

Seems the AirAsia drivers are holding 2 mobiles with them; when Grad fare is high during the day they are switching off the AirAsia apps and focusing on the Grab service.

This attitude is not acceptable, they don't have a work ethic and loyalty to the nominated service providers. As a customer are been cheated by this group of people.

Desired outcome: As a well know company AirAsia shall look into this matter very seriously to help its valuable customers.

AirAsia refund not credited

hi I have booked a flight from Malaysia to Hyderabad and Hyderabad to Malaysia. after i board in India due to Covid-Protocals my flight got cancelled. Airasia has told me that refund will be credited into my Airasia big account but it never happend. Booking ID : SQRQYR. this is the same booking number i recived for both the flights since I booked at a same time. but i have board only my first flight that is Malaysia to Hyderabad. the second flight money should be refunded as per the rules and I hope i will get help with this

AirAsia Double booking.. Unauthorized credit card charges

I booked a flight for 12 SEPTEMBER.

FD 3005 DMK to HKT .

The first transaction was declined and the second processed .

You took money for both.

The name in booking is mr P Doyle

AirAsia My credit account rm1960 disappeared... Since 10 july 2022

Due to the trip flight cancellations during the first year of covid in 2020 I had RM1960 credit balance with airasia X, and this credit appeared on my airasia account during 2021 and early July 2022. Now it has disappeared.

My flight booking details are:

Z5LD5R - Credit expiry date 26 August 2022

IRB7RI - Credit expiry date 09 October 2022

X28ETK - Credit expiry date April 2022

W1HL6K etc

I was given to understand (from your airasia website) that the credits for Airasia-X will be automatically converted to Travel Voucher wef July 2022. Please let know when I I can have the vouchers in my airasia reward account.

AirAsia Airline ticket refund

Due to Covid 19 pandemic my holiday was cancelled and Air Asia provided me with a travel voucher code: #[protected] Amount AUD $2477.78.

I booked a holiday to Bali hoping to use my voucher but it was rejected.

I had to pay again $2068.00 Booking no. Q6V15Q.

I could have booked a flight with any airline ex. Perth Australia but I went with

Air Asia because of the voucher. I spent all day today on a chat with AVA to no result. In fact I was disconnected. Appalling service.

All I want is my money back, simple.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund please.

I requested a full refund but i always received an email saying rejected:

AirAsia Refund duplicate booking

I have booked a ticket from Singapore to/from Thailand. And later I realized Airasia processed 2 bookings and I have been charged twice for the same date of travel. In the website no process is mentioned to get the refund of duplicate booking. Also chat bot doesn't shot option for refund against duplicate booking. Request if anyone can help on this matter

Due to two round trip flight cancellations during the first year of covid in 2020 I had apx $858 credit with airasia, and this credit appeared on my airasia account during 2021 and early 2022. Now it has disappeared. The first trip was to begin on Mar 21, 2020 HNL to KIX, the second trip Sept 1st. I hate the idea of being ripped off. Please help! AirAsia Refund rejected

Departure Date : 3rd April 2022

Return Date : 5th April 2022

My Situation:

I have purchased flight ticket on 2nd April however, during check in, I found that I have to passed COVID-19 Declaration which I have failed.

Reason for Not Boarding the Flight:

Unable to 100% meet the COVID-19 declaration which only appeared during flight check in.

Item/Condition that I failed to meet:

Item No. 3 on the Covid-19 Declaration "I have not have contact with a COVID-19 confirmed case or suspected case or a person issued with a Quarantine Order/Stay-Home Notice within the last 14 days.

I did have contact with confirmed case & person under isolation because I live with my wife who is under home isolation order from 29th March to 4th April.

Noted that they have answered on my inquiry regarding item no. 4 where I have passed 15 days after tested positive since my quarantine period is over but no clarification or justification about item No. 3.

Please refer to the attached file. I have submit this evidence to AirAsia but their latest replied is only "case closed" without any clarification or justification.

Desired outcome: I want a refund because there is no declaration on COVID-19 required prior purchasing but only during check in. Moreover, they don't seem to show their care as they do not bother to give explanation to justify their action.

AirAsia Getting a refund

I have booked a flight with AIRASIA from DMK to KOS on july 4th 2022 (Flight number FD 660).

Airasia cancelled the flight and proposed a rebooking or a refund.

I have tried on several accassions to get a refund but that is impossible. Both through the digital partner on their website as well at the Airasia counter at DMK airport, none of thm have been able to provide me with a refund or at least the confirmation that it has been applied for.

I hope this is not the way Airasia threats its customers.

I would like a refund of the money paid for this cancelled flight.

AirAsia Huge weight error at the Pune check in counter.

I would like to complain about Mr. Moshin Sheikh rude behavior at the Pune airport on 2nd August 2022. He scaled our baggage on faulty checkin belt. He measured our baggage and found that we had 14 (fourteen) KG extra. Since we had connecting international flight, we ensured it will not exceed our international limit. After insisting a lot, he agreed to weight on other check-in counter where it turned out that our baggage were only 1 kg overweight. Rather than feeling sorry, grasping the mistake, in the revenge mood, he started measuring out hand luggages. We were travelling with one infant and one small child. He forced us to measure all luggage including food and milk. It turn out it was it was few kg extra. He made sure that we must pay a lot for baby items. Finally we put baby blankets and small toys in checkin baggage.

We sent complain email which is closed without proper reply.

I can provide all sort of proof for this particular instance. I would not recommend anyone to use AirAsia.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology for faulty measuring our luggage.

AirAsia Air asia ava support and claim my tickets refund back to credit account

I have no way or no where to ask for air asia support ! This is the most horrible things i need to write to AVA, asked to choose menu and so on. Then only will route you to an agent, and need to queue for few hundreds people in front of you waiting. Once has got my turn, i was so happy, but the agent not really can help you, some just say hi and bye. Some will type something, ask you to wait then the agent just left the chat after sometime without feedback anything, then have to start over again and queue again for hundreds people in front of your queue. This was not my first time asking for help, it spent my time for almost few hours (7 hours) to get one thing done. This time i contacted them cause i tested covid positive and asked to refund to my air asia Credit account, the agent requested me the test result and some other documents, i sent to them as well.. then after a while, the chat just cut off, and in order for me to claim, i need to queue again. I have the child tickets who is my nephew and i was the one who did online purchase via AVA agent as well. They allowed me to purchase the child ticket, and i spent the money to choose for the seats as well, as the airline said, there must be one adult with the child (7 years old). But when i have covid positive, they do not allow me to refund the child tickets to my air asia credit account, i asked them if airline allow me to fly with covid positive, they say no, then the child also cannot fly without me.

The 4th agent was telling me that she needs to check with supervisor on the case, then never came back to the chat, left me there, and then just left without any answer.

If air asia thinks that customer's time is not important ? Or ? No sympathy and no logic. When i booked the child ticket, they never tell me that if the child is not my immediate family, i could not buy the child ticket for him ! When came to ask for refund due to covid tested positive, they said to me, i cannot claim for child ticket, cause he is not my immediate family, but i bought the ticket under my member ID. What kind of logic is that. It seems like a "Scam" as well too me !

Air asia if continue behave like this, i wonder how long it can survive ?

In my air asia member account, all the cases are in closed status, but it is all nonsense, not true. Most of these cases just closed without any help. The agent just left the chat without helping, then they close the case ?!? is it like cheating ?

Desired outcome: I would want my tickets and child tickets to be fully refunded to my air asia credit account, as i have sent the test result with covid positive to many AVA agents while communicating, but never feedback and close the case.

AirAsia Booked mas flight under air asia website but unable to check in

Dear sir,

I am Visally here from Banting. I have booked return flight of MAS airlines from JB to KL through the Air Asia website on 19/7/2022. Firstly, I received an email of booking processing then shortly another email of booking confirmation. On 29th July 2022, my return flight was at 7.25pm. I went to the check in counter at 5.30pm but the MAS airlines staff told me that my ticket is not in the system and so they asked me to contact the Air Asia call center. I called the call center twice with the waiting time of 20 minutes for each call but both staff who answered my call, listened to my issue and then they just hung up the call without any response and solution. At last, I had to miss the flight since it's already time for boarding.

I was extremely frustrated with the irresponsible act by Air Asia call center. Due to my urgency, I looked for other flight at nearest time and found firefly airlines which was scheduled at 8.15pm. The cost of the flight was RM 520. It was a total waste for me as it is not my fault. Air Asia is the one who is responsible for my loss and requesting a refund for both of my flights.

I have attached the relevant documents for your reference.

Desired outcome: Please refund the total of Rm 655.41 that I spent for both flights.

AirAsia Booking but in my bookings

Hi, i booked last night under the name of jhonna marco, route to manila philippines to puerto princesa city, i booked that for november 27, 2022, 13:35-15:00, under the airbus Z2 430.

I was confident that it would comes on my bookings in my air asia account, that's why i did not screen shot. When i checked this morning it's not in my account and it is already deducted to my credit card, with the amount of 68.88 canadian money.

This is the first time that happened to me, that booking in air asia but they never send me the booking number or email me the booking details. I want to know if it is booked, i can't give the booking number because they never send me a booking details. Please send me the answer for this so that i will know if it is already booked, and it is already deducted to my credit card. You can reach me on my email [protected]@gmail.Com.

You weren`t charged for this booking.

My DBS-POSB Everyday Credit Card bill dated 27-June-2022 was charged SGD $633.01 for this order.
