AirAsia Account Credit

My Air Asia Account No: [protected]

I had AUD238 credit with AirAsia before Covid 19 lockdowns.

However it was extended to 23 May 2022.

It should not have an expiry date because AirAsia did not have flights from Perth to Kul until Nov 22. Hence I cannot use it to purchase Airasia flights. This is very unfair to your customers.

I hope you can extend my credit because AirAsia is not having flights to and from Perth.

Desired outcome: Extend my credit to July 2023.

AirAsia Credit

I paid $303US for my flight that was cancelled and now I’ve been credited with $300 (Local currency). I expected to be credited with US dollars.

Please advise.

Desired outcome: Credit or refunded correctly to US dollars or the Australia equivalent as per the photos provided.

AirAsia Booking LOAHRN

Hello, you have cancelled my flights QZ 545 and QZ 544

and put me on new flights QZ 537 and QZ 536

However...You have not given me enough information on these flights. I can not see them in "my bookings" and I can not access them in any way. I have found this process very messy and unprofessional and I feel anxious about the organization and likelihood of my holiday. Please advise a way in which I can have full access to my new flights. I look forward to hearing from you.

AirAsia Re-schedule flight by earlier 3hrs

For AK 5597 from Tawau to JB had been re-schedule without valid reason, when traveler searching for flight and find the suitable timing and confirmed with Island Tour Package, with this earlier timing re-schedule is mean a lot peoples are affected and cannot enjoy the last day Island Tour. If one hour is still reasonable but not for 3 or more. Pls seriously looking to this matter. Annie

AirAsia Unhappy experience with airasia book (hotel shutdown upon arriving)

Dear AirAsia Customer service Team,

This is Lew Wei Tek. I would like to inform that I made and booking N2YRYC to Langkawi on 8/7-10/7/2022.

I faced hotel accommodation problem upon arriving the premises Federal Villa Beach Resort Langkawi with the address lot 1698 Pantai Tengah Mukim Kedawang, Langkawi. The hotel was closedown according to Holiday Villa Guard house.

I tried to call 06-[protected] and the phone no was lo longer. I also tried contacting AirAsia and facing no staff attending instead of Ava.

In order to keep waiting for replying and responding from AirAsia support and no responding till now. Therefore, I decided to make walk in to nearby hotel as to late for me to get response from Asia support team.

Here, I provide the pictures of the premises for your reference and you may refer my hotel booking for your reference as below email as proofing.

AirAsia serivice from penang to singapore

i had buy 4 ticket fly to penang from singapore on 10july first filght

Ticket had buy 2nos 20kg luggage for departure from penang to singapore.

yesterday 12july check in at penang airport going back to singapore , counter guys say no luggage buy? need to paid for luggage.

AirAsia Check-in baggage allowance

Dear customer support team,

Greetings of the day...

I am Dr Dileep Kumar from India, working for the World Health Organization (WHO). I will be travelling from Kolkata, India (CCU) to Bangkok, Thailand (DMK) on 24th October 2022 (FD-121) and will return from there on 30th October by Airasia flight (FD-120). I booked this air ticket (PNR No. - QZWD5S) for Airasia flight FD - 121 & 120 through Goibibo website (Sorry, I tried through Airasia website, but by mistake I was typing BKK and Airasia flight operates through DMK airport, not BKK airport). Anyway, booking completed on 30.06.2022 (Booking ID: GOFLIMTFA1A61656611791). When I was booking my flight ticket, the check-in baggage option didn't appear on Goibibo website. When I saw my ticket next day, I came to know that check-in baggage is not allowed (0 Kg) for me. I thought, it'd be airline policy for check-in baggage. But, I had gone again to both Goibibo and Airasia websites to book a fresh ticket as a new passenger. To my surprise, both websites were allowing check-in baggage upto 20 Kg (without charging extra money) and still showing the same.

I contacted customer care of Goibibo, but they said, its airline policy changed suddenly and now I have to pay extra money for check-in baggage. Now, dear team, where is my fault? How a new passenger can avail 20 Kg check-in baggage but I have to pay. Policy should be the same for everyone. I

I am requesting you, kindly allow me 20 Kg check-in baggage on my ticket without charging any extra money.

AirAsia Please refund my $ or

I paid $231.35 for the ticket at AirAsia from my bank account. When you refund it, you must send it to my bank account.

I will not travel out of Australia for next few years.

If I don't see that amount in my bank account within next 2 weeks, then AirAsia will pay me & will pay to my barristers in the Australian Federal Court. It's your choice.

- I can't refund to my bank account

- I can't verify my mobile number

- I can't change my email by using AirAsia app & website on Firefox and Chrome browsers.

AirAsia Unhappy Air Asia customer Booking Number CZ6M4C

Subject: Very disappointed customer

Please be advised that I am very, very disappointed with Air Asia and their mishandling of my travel arrangements. I will never ever fly with Air Asia ever again.

My booking number is CZ6M4C. Mr Glenn Robert Wade and Mrs Maytwo Wade.

We were booked to fly Flight number Z2

MNL to KLO at 2050hrs on Wed 13th July.

Booked and paid for Php 4,506.00.

Air Asia cancelled the flight that we were book on. OK I can accept that. We were told that we would have to rebook our flight, for a flight departing Manila at1500hrs on the13th July 2022. That was unachievable by us, as we will not be in Manila until 1805hrs that evening as we will be still inflight from Australia. We were then advised that we would have to rebook to flight Z12711. Departing Terminal 4 at 0505hrs on the 14th July 2022.

We explained that we would be arriving on a QANTAS International flight from Australia at approximately 1805hrs on the 13th July 2022 after an 8hour flight. Because we cannot now transfer to the 2050hrs flight from Manila to Kalibo, would now have to either sit at the terminal all night until the 0505hrs the next day or we could book accommodation at one of the close hotels at the airport (Achievers Hotel) obtain a restful nights sleep, breakfast and travel on the Air Asia flight leaving Manila at 1300hrs arriving in Kalibo at 1410hrs 14/07/2022.

We have been advised that if we wish to travel on the Air Asia Flight departing Manila at 1300hrs arriving in Kalibo at 1410hrs 14/07/2022 instead of Flight Z12711. Departing at 0505hrs on the 14th July 2022 we would have to pay an extra Php 1,484.93.

I think that is disgusting.

You cancelled the first flight Z2 MNL to KLO at 2050hrs on Wed 13th July.

You advised us that we would now have to travel on a flight some 7 hours earlier than we had booked, even though we won't be in the Philippines at that time.

We are then instructed that we would have to travel on the 0505hours flight Z12711. Departing at 0505hrs on the 14th July 2022.

We suggested that we would prefer to travel on the Air Asia flight departing Manila at 1300hrs. This would allow us time to arrive in Manila at 1800hrs on the 13th July, transfer to "Achievers Hotel" at the Airport obtain a good nights' rest, breakfast and fly to Kalibo at a sensible time of 1300 hrs. This 1 nights' accommodation is now costing me out of pocket Php 3,575.00 plus transfer costs from and to the airport.

Now we are being told that, should we wish to travel on the 1300hrs fright out of Manila to Kalibo on the 14th July it will cost us a penalty of an extra Php 1,484.93 extra on top of the Php 4,506.00 that we have already paid to you.

Because time is running out for us, on this occasion we will pay the extra costs of Php 1,484.93 but I guarantee you I will never fly using Air Asia ever again, as I do not believe that you have done the correct thing towards us. You are disgusting. It is now costing us in excess of Php 5,059 because you cancelled our original flight booking and offered us 2 unsuitable alternative flights. When we requested a flight at a more suitable time on the14th July (i.e 1300hrs out of Manila to Kalibo) you advised us that we would now have to pay an extra Php 1,484.93 for the privilege.

Thank you for your totally unprofessional approach towards this issue. You have warned me that in future, I cannot trust Air Asia to accommodate our preferred and most suitable wishes unless we are prepared to pay extra.

AirAsia Confirm my flight details

I book a flight for my wife, from Bangkok to Bali 19/ August and returning 30/August

As well a ticket from Bali to Bangkok on 30 August. for my self

I have no details off our flight and they have been paid for, commonwealth bank Australia

AirAsia Cannot change flight dates while on flex plan

Initially the departure date was changed. Then just the time. Departure was 20 June bali Denpasar to Perth

We requested a credit

Then informed dates same but change of time

By this time we had booked flights with Jetstar

Attempted to get credit to account but unsuccessful

No we are at least trying to change the dates and the website is not allowing us to change dates as any date put in states “ flights unavailable for those dates”

So even though we have currently a credit request in it only two day until the flight

AirAsia Canelled flight

We were booked on AirAsia flight AK 733 scheduled to depart from Changi Airport (SIN) to Langkawi International Airport (LGK) on 07-Jul-2022. We received a notification that the flight has been cancelled. Despite numerous attempts, we have been unable to change to another AirAsia flight leaving on the same day (it would only permit us to change to a flight leaving on another date) and nor have we been able to obatin a credit to use towards another flight despite providing all the information requested and despite repeated attempts.

Our booking reference number is PNR: DY3LFR.

AirAsia Rebooking

Our flight is 5:15 am but we arrived at 4:30 am in the airport. The staff in the airport said that check in is already closed. And said that the plane has already left without anyone informing us. So the ground staff told us to rebook our flight and pay almost 17,000 pesos for rebooking fee plus 2200 pesos for our baggage check in. Our booking number is QZVUJF and our flight number is Z2711.

20 May 2022. Group Booking number: B61ISQ. Poor check in at Penang International Airport. Self checked in but still need to queue for bag drop. Takes more than one hour in the queue for bag drop. No special counter for HOT SEAT. Rediculous.

Book air asia flight from sibu to kuala lumpur, 9 may 2022.

Supposed to on board fri, 13 may 2022 with ak 5873 at 17: 35pm

Unfortunately during check in process, failed to proceed due to unavailable seat.

Request for refund but no response.

AirAsia Refund for Year 2020 cancelled flight due to COVID

Dear AirAsia,

Ilang taon na yung refund request namin naka dalawang anniversary na ang COVID-19 pero hanggang ngayon hindi niyo pa rin binibigay yung refund ko! June 2020 pa yung supposed to be flight ko and as soon as MAY 2020 nagcancel na kayo ng flight. Wala man lang kayong contact number na pwedeng matawagan para mag-rant sainyo sa bulok nyong sistema! Pinapa-chat niyo kami sa AVA na robot na wala namang kwenta. Sana naman maibigay niyo na mga refunds namin grabe kayo samantalang ang cebpac at PAL mabilis magbigay ng refund kasi hindi nila binubulsa yung pera ng tao.
