Air Indiawasn't allowed to use the seat that I purchased

I had purchased seat 22C (extra legroom recliner seat, emergency row) by paying an extra charge at the time of booking the ticket. The seat number reflects on the e-ticket I received (attached). However I was incorrectly issued seat 25D by the boarding staff and when I pointed this out on the plane I was not allowed to occupy 22C. The cabin crew also called 'commercial' officer Dinu MP who argued the seat was never paid for as per his 'system' even after I showed him ticket and invoice (attached).

Please explain why my paid for seat was not allowed to be used and how you intend to rectify this wrongful treatment. Thanks,

    you can not ask the explanatins, but you are enttled on refnd and moral harm, if you submit the cliam against either the travel agent or Air india carrier to the distrvci court.
    The expected fees are approximately:
    application fee from 500 till 1000 ruppes
    assitance of the lawyer from 4000 rupees
    amount of compainsain - upon the judge, but not less than 5000 rupees plus all expences.
