I tried to reschedule my flight form 8th june 7 th june 25, form which then payment got stuck and did not got deducted from my account, that means I have full authority to travel on 8th june 25 for which the payment is been already received
But as per the call discussion with all ur executive, I ' m now forced to travel on 7th by paying extra 9000
3000 extra fair charges
6000 convenience fee
Already I have paid 12000+ for my travel for 8th but now I ' m been forced to travel on 7 by paying extra 9000, for which I am not ready
And there is no resolution given, just force me to pay because this was done from my id
I hope I will get the resolution from this point of contact, or else I have to reach social media, ceo : aloke singh and twitter on it.
Logically or illogically I can travel on 8th as payment is not received
And same logically I can't travel on 7th as the payment is declined and not received
If I am been forced to travel to on 7th june then I am lok to pay fare difference of 3000 (for 2 ppl) not with 6000 more

Desired outcome: give me a proper resolution. don't force a customer to pay forcefully and reschedule when the payment of reschedule is canceled or decline , do all the customer to travel for what he/she have paid already
