My family is traveling from Dammam to Delhi via Sharjah dated Dec 03 2021.
Booked flights are as follows
Flight # G91164 (Dammam to Sharjah)
Flight # G9465 (Sharjah to Delhi) scheduled at 13:00 on 3rd Dec.
Issued boarding pass to us is of flight G9461 which is scheduled on 4th of Dec at 1:30 AM without informing us. The boarding pass details are observed at Sharjah as it was never happened to us.
My family visited to transit desk for transit Hotel as boarding was denied in the scheduled flight and the issued boarding pass is off following day as a right of traveler but denied.
The received response "discuss with the person who issued the Boarding Pass" means need to go back to Dammam to discuss the cheating happened to us.
Are we dealing with Air Arabia or individual staff?
No response from the staff for providing basic facility. My family is struggling in a crowded Airport with COVID protocal.
I wrote mail to all the concern person related to the issue to provide the basic facility but no response else to receive system generated mails.
This is nothing but to play with our lives.
Please suggest me to report the incident at higher level so as to protect the right of other passengers.
Lesson learned
1. Check the Boarding Pass
2. Never plan a visit with Air Arabia
