From Ahmedabad to Abu Dhabi and Abu Dhabi to Bahrain flight cable crew not helping nature of me.

I am very disappoint during travel

So please teach they how to behaviour with passenger.

I hope mangement take any action after my complain...

Email One Please be informed that my return air ticket was booked by my company Vast Retail Group Headquartered at Erbil Kurdistan Iraq. Since I had planned to visit India on emergency leave for my old mom's medical treatment. I had travelled on the first ticket which was applicable from Erbil to Jaipur via Sharjah dated 31-03-2022 landing at Jaipur Airport on 01-04-2022. Before my actual date of return 11-04-2022, my company has decided to postpone my travel and furthermore they have decided not to continue the employment contract ahead and informed me that I have been terminated from the role dated 22-04-2022.

In order for me to understand the Air Arabia Refund Policy I had approached the Air Arabia Customer Care India contact number on which the supporting executive Mr Aleem has advised me about the usage of this travel voucher issued against my return Ticket on or before 28-03-2023. He had also explained to me that after booking a new travel ticket, if i wanna change it to any of my family members' names, it can be done at a cost of AED 350. He had helped me with an official Air Arabia Contact number +[protected] together with this email address. But since my job is no more, hence i have no reason to travel back to Kurdistan.Hence I request for a refund claim of my Air Ticket AED 1290.

Email Two I have been very transparent while sharing all the valid documents with regards to my return Air ticket refund claim. Which makes it very clear by default that I am not on the route any where which ever destinations Air Arabia serves the Air travel Journey. I am left with no other options then to request for refund claim once again.

As far as I am aware as per consumer laws in UAE any services which the customer/ consumer is not willing to take the companies have to refund back to them as it is their consumer right. I have worked and served 8 years in Retail as a Retail Store Manager and many times we had to go beyond the policies to ensure we see off our customers happily ensuing that they are returning back in future. I already have a bad experience of the same case in past as well with Air Arabia on my name. Hence once again I am humbly requesting the Management of Air Arabia to kindly approve the ticket amount AED 1290 as requested for in the earlier email as well.

Email Three I am not flying and joining in the country where Air Arabia serves as a tourist destination.

Is the reason I won't be able to utilize the re-booking of the Air Tickets as informed by the contact centre executive, or via email sent by your team in the span of one year time.

None of my family members are traveling to any international countries where Air Arabia serves as a tourist destination hence name change option is also of no use to me.

Now as I have agreed to utilize the credit voucher coupon for reissue of new ticket

Kindly issue an open credit voucher coupon which can be utilized for the issuance of new tickets without any barriers with the help of any travel agent flexibly across the globe or else.

(1) Refund claim request was rejected

(2) Open Credit Voucher request was also rejected.

I was travelling on 14th May, 2022 from Cochin(03:55 am) to Sharjah and Sharjah(08:10 am) to Dammam.First of all there was a 10 min delay in Cochin to begin with and then due to some security reasons the flight had to be landed at Ras Al Khaiamah instead of Sharjah which was understandable. But when I arrived at Sharjah, the connection flight hadn't still left and I hurried to the gate where the staff checked my boarding pass which was already issued at Cochin and told specifically that the flight is full and sent me to transfer desk which didn't make any sense. Flight departed after around half an hour as per the digital information display at the airport.

At the transfer desk I was given a seat for a 4:35 pm flight and now I have to wait more than 7 hrs. If the flight had left due to timing, it is understandable but this situation is total negligence. Moreover Air Arabia didn't have even the courtesy to provide me a lounge entry. They just handed over a breakfast and lunch coupon which worked with only 1 vendor at the food court which failed to even provide food .

i have booked a ticket with pnr no [protected] from thiruvananthapuram to Sharjah.

My actual date of travel was 1-05-22 due to some reasons i want to change my date of travel with the flexi fare option of 1 modification available in my ticket 8 hours prior to departure.

I called the air arabia customer care number [protected] and asked about the same. He told me that i need to pay only the fair change applicable that is 3000 something indian rupees.

The Next day I called the same number and asked them to send me the payment link. They sent me a payment link of 8020 indian rupees. I didn't make the payment and I called again for confirmation. Then they told me that it's only the price difference and there are no extra service charges or anything included.

He sent me the link again then I made the payment.but when i received the Ticket it is clear that the Extra charges are only 3902 indian rupees.

Today as per the ticket schedule air arabia supposed to start from dammam at 9.05 but late of one hour

From sharjah connection supposedly at 13.00 but now with no other prior information flight time changed to night 10.00 pm

Which is really difficult for the passengers . Although they provide food unfair to sit there for 10 hours . they are very few passengers atleast they could have arrange a place to have rest even

We have booked air ticket in Air Arabia airline with 4 star quarantine package against PNR no. [protected] through AIR ARABIA website for my wife Mrs . Gayatri Malluri and Miss Thanvika Malluri for their travel in 11th Dec 2021 . However we got voucher for 2 star hotel Inwan Residential .

When my family checked -in around 6pm on 11th Dec 2021 , around late night 1:30am they called and said there is no booking and asked to go out or pay extra per day charges. They were very rude to her even though she was with 3.5year girl. My wife spent almost 4:30hrs in cold weather with 3.5year child outside and paid 140Sar for the night. Next day Air Arabia arranged accommodation in Sendan Residence which I understand is 3Star hotel.

We need refund of 140Sar paid and for refund of 4four accommodation as we where given 3star hotel. Iam attaching the documents for your reference.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a senior citizen and my wife and I are frequent flyers to the UAE and have various travel experiences with different airlines.

However, I would like to bring to your attention a taxing incident that occurred before boarding Flight no. G9423 for Sharjah, flying out of Cochin International Airport, check in time 21.50 (4/2/22).

We had 3 check-in baggage; weighing a total of 57 kg (60kgs allowance), and two hand luggage of 7kgs each.

As weight is the limiting factor, each of our check in baggage had less than 30 kg.

Even though our total check in baggage weight was much lesser than our allowed quota,

We were asked to pay a penalty for the third bag during check-in.

Last year, while in Dubai on 8 January 2021, I had suffered a fall and broke my left shoulder and had to perform a surgery for the same after returning to India.

Even though we had traveler Insurance, we were denied the same, citing many reasons.

As a result, my left hand is partially immobile.

This is the reason we had split the luggage into three smaller bags.

Being a senior citizen with a partially immobile hand, we pleaded to let the smaller bags through.

It is quite apathetic how the staff at the counter reacted to that unfortunate situation.

Our offer to wrap together two bags to make it a single, went to deaf ears.

We were charged Rs 1090 as penalty.

Once we paid the penalty, the staff put one of our hand luggage to check in baggage, apparently to help us.

The logic of charging us a penalty for the third bag, while adding a fourth bag to the check-in perplexes us.

We are apprehensive whether the staff at the counter is authorized to do this.

Though we appreciate zero tolerance policy towards any dereliction of duty,

I wonder if this is justice to senior citizens like us, a lack of empathy causing nothing but stress and discomfort.

They also did not return a balance of Rs 10, which they promised to return before take off.

Even though the amount is negligible, we wonder if this is a common practice of extracting from passengers on a regular basis.

It is possible that you are unaware of these issues, and hence this open letter to you.

Your timely action will certainly go a long way in helping many passengers like us.

We would expect Air Arabia to maintain high levels of service excellence, tolerance and integrity.

It is heartening to note that UAE's leadership puts the happiness and welfare of people above all.

We trust and believe in the Happiness Ministry's initiatives to align and drive government policy to create social good and satisfaction.

The fact that I was denied insurance and the demeanor of the Air Arabia staff deeply pains us.

Our return is scheduled on 02/03/2022, Fight No. G9426. We would like to carry the same 3 check in luggage and 2 hand luggage pieces.

This was the most horrible flight in my life. It was a nightmare. I booked a flight from ahemdabad to nairobi through Sharjah with this airline. They boarded me on the flight to Sharjah without a problem but in Sharjah, they denied me. The reason they gave me was that I did not have a vaccination QR code as per Nairobi government travel rules and I am unable to travel nairobi. Staff didn't help me and guide me and later on I was briefed by them that it was just hardly 2-5 min procedure. I had to spend one whole day and one night at Sharjah airport bunkers. I miss my important business meeting at nairobi. After this incident from next day Air Arabia changed thier policy and do not ask the QR code from any passengers. Unfortunately , we lost important business meeting, time and money. I request for compensation.

I want to complain about extremely unprofessional employee Mohamed who took 35 minutes of my time unable to perform basic tasks as changing the dates and adding the weight to a tickets. 35 minutes. No issue resolved. Shame.

I traveled with my family from Bergamo to Cairo through Flight E5543 (PNR [protected]), kindly note that we are husband and wife with a child and a newborn.

We were the first in line for check-in and after printing of boarding cards the employee of check-in counter female staff, she asked me to check our COVID green pass as it mandatory to take the flight so we showed both; Paper Certificate for my wife and Electric certificate for me detailed with QR Code. The employee refused to accept the Digital Certificate issued by the Italian Ministry of Health then she told me to talk to someone of the ground staff without (Amr as I knew later on) . I asked him to what I need to do exactly, he answered with arrogant way telling me this is no way to travel without PRINTED COPY OF PCR Test or Green Pass. In fact, I have said that I have the Certificate as requested but in Digital form then he said you can't take the flight without it in printed form. I asked him to help me to find the way to resolve this issue he told me this not my problem you can print it wherever!
I went to look where I can print it in Airport, the only solution I found was at the Airport ticket office at a unreasonable price 14 €!

I went back to "Amr" to tell him the only solution was I found, it's costly and not logic if not mandatory to have a printed copy. He started raising his voice in unacceptable way saying that there's no way take the flight and he went to the employee on the check -in counter saying they can't take the flight shredding our boarding cards, tearing off labels of our luggages and threw it in the trash without helping us or find another solution. After that, I asked him to respect us and getting the way to handle this issue, he told me there no way without the printed certificate and this is my order to the female employee because these are rules! At this point, I asked if it written in ticket, email, regulations of AirArabia or Egypt Travel COVID regulations that I need to have the certificate in paper or printed copy? And usually I bring my Digital Certificate with QR Code everywhere as Italian regulations without any problem! So I asked him to show where is written this mandatory to respect your orders!? He answered aggressively and loudly said that "it's me who give the order here, I don't care about you're saying and stand down" "I'm in command, I decide here and I don't need to prove nothing to you" I reacted by saying you can't talk to me in this way, be professional, I paid for this trip, you're here in this position to support us and we will take this flight anyway. Then, he told me, "if you can't accept what I say, call the police anyway you don't take the flight as I said before" I was shocked and humiliated by this way in front of my family and other passengers by such an irresponsible behavior of international Airline staff.
After long indescribable time "about two hours" with false informations and unprofessional behavior I decided to return to the ticket office and print it paying 14 € to close this useless conflict and don't tire more my babies and my wife.
I saw him again while we were taking the seats on the flight, I asked him to tell me his name to make a complaint, he yelled at me No No it's a private! No name! No name! I said to him you have a tag name card without any information!? He left when talking and he refused to tell me any information about him. This happened in front of cabin staff, my family and other passengers. After this, I turned to Rewan Senior Cabin Staff to know at least his name or position, the unknown man is Amr.

When we are arrived to Cairo Airport, I showed only my digital certificate directly without the printed copy! And they told me that there is no need to have a printed copy!

Capitan and cabin staff "Rewan" they are committed to me to forward their feedback to you about what exactly happened.

In addition, few days after my return to my city Suez I went to your office in Florida Tower in Cairo to talk and present my complaint to branch head, trying to explain what happened face to face, but the receptionist "Abdo Elmekkawi" has refused and he told me that's not possible to access to anyone here!

I've been traveling since I was 16 and I've never treated like this under any circumstances. So, please be informed that I traveled on Air Arabia flights many times and I decided to write this complaint for many reasons, specially to understand how you are really interested about handling critical situations with your clients that occur through unprofessional behaviors and actions from your staff.

Said that, you can get a random feedback from other passengers and cabin staff to validate my complaint.

Finally, I wonder if this is the right image that Air Arabia wants to convey to us and if that is the staff that should be chosen to work in Europe.

I need a responsible answer and action to my complaint, noting that I can prove my side to anyone legally if required.
- Official apology - for disrespect in front of entire family
- Take action with the responsible of ground staff and with the unknown man Amr - for mis information and unprofessional behavior
- Reimbursement of my ticket - for time lost about two hours staying in conflict & compensation for moral damage
- Reimbursement of printed copy - cost of useless copy

Dear Sir,

I have travelled from salalah to Mumbai via Sharjah by Air Arabia Flight on 27 Th Oct 2021.Have following experience has been coming. I need justice for same otherwise, will go to consumer protection organization prior to justice for my issue.
After travel and have reached home in Mumbai and observed that My baggage has been torn/cut by some one very talent way prior to stole my valuable items but unfortunately not able to succeed. But My Luggage has been totally unusable due to same thing done by some one on airport.
I am requesting you that, I need new Luggage Bag which one damaged by someone on salalah / Sharjah / Mumbai Airport and its responsibility of Air Arabia airlines to protect the luggage of passenger.

I am shocked this things happened on Air port then what is responsibility of Air Arabia Air Lines prior to secure the Luggage of passengers.

If my outcome for this complain not coming, will report to consumer protection team in Oman prior to resolve this issue.

My family is traveling from Dammam to Delhi via Sharjah dated Dec 03 2021.
Booked flights are as follows

Flight # G91164 (Dammam to Sharjah)
Flight # G9465 (Sharjah to Delhi) scheduled at 13:00 on 3rd Dec.

Issued boarding pass to us is of flight G9461 which is scheduled on 4th of Dec at 1:30 AM without informing us. The boarding pass details are observed at Sharjah as it was never happened to us.

My family visited to transit desk for transit Hotel as boarding was denied in the scheduled flight and the issued boarding pass is off following day as a right of traveler but denied.

The received response "discuss with the person who issued the Boarding Pass" means need to go back to Dammam to discuss the cheating happened to us.

Are we dealing with Air Arabia or individual staff?

No response from the staff for providing basic facility. My family is struggling in a crowded Airport with COVID protocal.

I wrote mail to all the concern person related to the issue to provide the basic facility but no response else to receive system generated mails.

This is nothing but to play with our lives.

Please suggest me to report the incident at higher level so as to protect the right of other passengers.

Lesson learned

2. Never plan a visit with Air Arabia

the system cut the amount twice and every time i follow up with them they keep telling me they are investigating the case and my statement will come after one week and like that the bank will charge me both and this system error from them and i can not reach anyone from the management to talk to him always will call you back then nothing happens

so simply they charge me twice for the ticket and disappear I do not know what kind of business they are running out there

I thank air arabia for loosing one passenger family foreever due to charging me 3 times my airfare for excess baggage from ahmedabad to sharjah.
I got this reward for travelling with air arabia for last 8 years.
My pnr no [protected] for return travel from sharjah to ahmedabad and back.
i was charged 34475 rupees ie 1686 dhirams were charged for 30 kg extra baggage on 27 November. while online booking charges for 30 kg 2 piece were 25 dhirams and i paid 60 dhirams while booking. i confirmed while travelling from sharjah to ahmedabad from their check in desk that i can carry 60 kg while returning. hence i took 60 kg while returning from ahmedabad to sharjah. They charged me heavily for this 30 kg which was 3 times my ticket price.
I am going to write to internation airport authority regarding the same so while booking it should be mentioned clearly how much baggage we can take. Your Manager said that i paid 60 dhiram to convert my 30 kg one baggage to 30 kg two piece. it is ridiculous.
i thank air arabia to teach me a lesson to travel with them.

I booked a ticket before COVID in 2020 to travel from Bahrain to Karachi Pakistan in May 2020 but my flight got cancelled due to travel restrictions. When the restriction were removed moved in July 2020. I planned to travel in August and tried to use the credit voucher received against my first flight cancellation but my flight got cancelled again 2 times. So I demanded for my refund as I had to travel to Pakistan for my wedding and they were not very cooperative. So I had to use Etihad and Emirates for my travelling as Air Arabia was very bad in customer satisfaction. Now I contacted them in 2021 and told them my voucher is expiring and voucher last date is Dec 2021 and I have no plans to travel by next year. But they were very incooperative and refused my request straight away. I am very fedup of their customer services. It has been the worst till date.

I had a flight shj to tvm on 30 oct 2021 morning 7.10 i reached in airport. I went for taking boarding pass. I had seen a short lady on the counter she was an Indian.not in airarabia uniform
She is in May I Help u uniform blue in colour. She was speaking so rudly and she was busy talking with the guy who was sitting near to her side. She said to me tht ur baggage is over weight and ask me to remove 5kg. I told her if i remove it its difficult to pack again so she ask to pay the duty i told ok and she gave me a slip and i pay the duty and bring the slip again she look at me said again u should pay 100dhs again i asked for wht already pay the duty she said the box is bigger i asked her all the passanger take same thing they have no issues and u should say this before when i was going to pay duty u never said it. its so bad suddenly tht guy told me tht u go and make into 2box. I told him tht i had inform it already tht i ts difficult to pack again tht time she ask me to pay the over weight duty she did not say anything abt box. If she said it i would surely remove it after paying the duty again i should pay again for this box and its asmall box they refused and they start to do there conversation. And i pay for it this is not a good customer service.

I have booked the ticket for my family with air arabia but the flight was cancelled due to corona virus and air arabia given us credit voucher. But now my family want to come back and due to vaccination requirement they can't travel to sharjah. So i have requested airarabia for refund of AED 2, 957.88 under the booking number reservation number [protected] but the have denied the request.

I really want help here so i can get the refund.
