I booked a hotel through Agoda and never received a confirmation email until less than 24 hours before the check-in date. I tried to call Agoda numerous times but without a booking ID (which is supplied in the confirmation email) you cannot get through to a customer representative.

Absolutely pathetic customer service, they refused to help and to make things worst after they finally found the booking ID which by then was too late because I had to spend extra money to reschedule my holiday they refused to cooperate because they claimed that I had checked into the hotel already.

I called up the hotel to give me written confirmation that I did not check-in to the hotel but Agoda are still refusing to cooperate

This is by far the worst customer experience in hotel booking I have ever used. No help whatsoever and I have lost hundreds of dollars because of this company
