AG Campus Housing

The maintenance guy they hire only shows up to bother women. He even followed a tenant from the storage rental to her house. Ag doesn't do anything about it. If you're late on rent, they're quick to deactivate your code but slow to fix anything else.

AG Campus Housing (landlord) came into our place a few days before our lease was up and just straight up took our stuff. They snatched our big ol' couch, table and chairs, and even our trusty microwave, all without a single heads up. And if that wasn't enough, they had the audacity to lock us out of our own crib before the lease was even over. Can you believe that? Well, turns out it's totally against the law here in Oregon. Even if our lease was about to expire, they still gotta give us a fair warning before chucking our belongings (check out this link for proof: https://www.osbar.org/public/legalinfo/1257_TenantsBelongings.htm). Can't believe these jokers thought they could pull a fast one on us. Smh.

With the *** campus closing, our son had to leave Eugene and lost his job. We asked about buying out the lease on his apartment, but they said no. We tried to talk about finding a solution to help with the cost, but they always said, "You have a contract, pay it all or go to collections." We even offered to pay 90% of what we owed upfront, like other landlords were doing, but they said no. I think it's wrong of them to do this during the Covid crisis. It's shameful that they would threaten to send a broke, unemployed college student to collections when we tried to work with them. Go somewhere else and show them they're wrong.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Just like others, we've had the same issues with AG Campus Housing and our daughter's roommates, who are all seniors and have been renting from AG for the past 3 years! Their attitudes and lack of compassion are terrible. They really need to rethink their mission statement... "Here at AG, our goal is to manage each property to make the most money (PROFITS) while providing good, well-kept homes for our tenants. We value our relationships with property owners, not residents, and our community, wherever that is (WHERE?). We use this as motivation to be good property managers every day. We're committed to great customer service, but it's non-existent." AG Campus Housing doesn't care about the community or the people (renters) who support their business, only themselves.
