DO NOT RENT from this company . Just some general information about how Debrah charges from a cleaning company that does not even show up on google. If you hand a picture on the wall i had only 3 the fee is 200 dollars for patching. While living there I told her that her oven smokes which i did not even use to cook, they never came to fix it and when i was moving out she kept 125 dollars for cleaning the oven from ME. When we had the walk through she did not mention anything at all that she would keep money for that from my deposit but now here it is i can not imagine how much she would charge if i actually used the oven. She charged for a new air filter and a light bulb 100 dollars. Also she does not say while renting the house but more when wanting to sign the leave that tenant is responsible for sewer and garbage which is extra 40 dollars every month. Even if you want to move out and find someone to move in and take over the lease she charges 400 dollars .

We regret any misunderstanding you have with our company. We worked diligently to assist you in your request to break your Residential Lease Agreement. Charges for utilities were not hidden or undisclosed, they were a part of your Residential Lease Agreement that we went over thoroughly together. All repair charges were necessary to bring the property to the like condition as when you received it. Plus we had an unapproved pet at the property which caused part of the repairs.
