I have been banking with african bank since 2023, now they are becoming useless, my email was hacked. I called to ask to stop all debit orders the person telling me must call the places where the debits orders are pulling from and stop. How do I do that when the account was hacked and password changed, now when im calling they telling me they cant verify me. How cant they verify me when im wit them go 3years. This is useless survive.
