African Bank – Personal loan

I am trying to accept offer for personal loan on online banking and when I submit application, it requires employer contact number. Our hr is outsourced to an
Independent company and has 2 consultants that handle our company but african bank does not request to confirm employment from them so the application gets declined as cannot verify employment.

Please assist in doing a manual application whereby I can supply contact details for hr.
