HI good morning, I have since October 2026 complaining to Shoprite money market account consultants about my SASSA SRD R370 payment made to my account which according to SASSA is linked to African Bank

May you investigate the matter since Shoprite is saying they want confirmation that money has indeed been made which I can not provide as it is not on my disposal. But SASSA is saying payment has been made to this account.
