My flight was cancelled coming back from Barbados - I got the flight cancel compensation but they have not refunded me for the subsequent accommodation and food costs due to being stuck over there until the Friday. i have now set up 5 customer service requests and called multiple times. Should i report CAA? It's bad enough that they deceitfully told me to change a previous flight to a voucher when the very next day they announced they were no longer flying to Barbados from Manchester! The only reason I accepted the voucher as fly there regularly, so they also have over £900 on my money sitting in their coffers. Disgusting deceitful behaviour.
