ADT — incorrect billing
Adt over-charged, again. This is the 3rd time. This last time was in regard to an upgrade I requested for their pulse system so that I could view my security system from my smartphone. After 4 phone calls, they’ve refused to correct it. I was promised a callback by a billing supervisor that never did call. Further, the pulse system has not worked reliably. Poor billing and customer service. Adt service is horrible and dishonest.
