I am so satisfied at the moment. I placed an order without using code and was told by “Maya” that I cannot receive a credit and would have to return my whole order. I find this ridiculous! She though kept me on the phone making me think she was going to help and telling me what my order would have come to with the code just to then say I would need to return the whole order. I am currently waiting for a supervisor to call me back as I was told their are none available at this moment. Also, sat on the line for a long time before any one even picked up. Very dissatisfied at this moment!
Desired outcome: Want credit that is owed for my order without having to return the whole order!
Black Adidas Sneaker
I purchased black Adidas some 6-7 years ago. The sole recently fell out. I have taken care of the shoe very well, and the upper structure is fine. Why would the sole fall out? Chinese outsourced manufacturing could not get the binding temperature right, so Adidas sells the defective shoes anyway.
I bought Adidas, trusting the product quality. If I had wanted to buy a crappy chinese shoe, I could have bought one for a much cheaper price. I have shoes that I have worn for 15 years without problems. None of those soles fell out => Defective product unbecoming of Adidas

Yeezy basketball knit azure
I ordered a pair of $320 Yeezy basketball knit June 10 and never received them. I immediately filed a dispute. I was told I had to wait 15 business days for FedEx to respond. Of course FedEx denied claim. I never heard back from Addidas so I had to call back, after several attempts I was finally able to speak with a manager and was told I had to wait another 5 business days. I waited 10 business days then called back and was told FedEx denied claim and I’m basically [censored] out of luck. I have security cameras on my property and know for a fact that I NEVER received any shoes from Addidas or FedEx. Addidas continues to tell me there’s nothing they can do for me. Worst customer service/company I have ever dealt with and I am going to go out of my way to tell people my experience and tell them how bad Addidas company is! I will never give Addidas another dime of my money!
Desired outcome: I want a refund or pair of shoes that I ordered

I went to the mall yesterday bought some dope adidas shoes for 100+ bucks and when I wear them they don't stay tied. They untied like three times yesterday. I almost tripped. I threw the laces away and put old laces on from my other shoes.

First off let me say I love Adidas. I been wearing them since the 80s when I lived in Europe. I currently live in the US.
And I wanted to keep supporting Adidas but I have an issue. That being said, I bought some Adidas Top Tep ESPN 6 months ago, and I simply love them. But I was recently targeted in a home invasion and burglars stole a backpack full of my laces. Inside said backpack were both pair of the laces that came with these shoes. One pair was red/orange and the other is creme. But they both were special laces made only for this pair of shoes.
For the past 2 days I have been on every site in the world trying to find replacement laces. After failing to find said laces, the Adidas Customer Support staff in the US told me the only way I can get those laces is by going to these links:
https://www.laceduplaces.com and https://www.lacelab.com. Both of which do not sell these laces.
So here is my issue... unless I am able to get the same laces that came with them, I will never wear them again. And it will influence my decision to buy more Adidas in the future, as in I will never buy Adidas again if so.
Why buy shoes from a company that can't provide support in the event of an issue? Also, why push me to a third party vendor, when I bought YOUR product, not theirs. If you buy a Mercedes, they don't tell you to go to Walmart to get your replacement parts.

Addidas Slipper
I bought a pair of Addidas slippers from Studio 88, left in sun and 1 slipper shrunk, this is madness for aR600 slipper, I personally think this is nonsense as I never had this experience with any other product from Addidas.

Padded jacket
I bought my daughter a pink padded adidas jacket Winter last year. I never washed it as she had a lot of jackets and not being used frequently. Today I put it in cold water wash and it started turning yellowish. Rinse it and inner started disfiguring. I checked the label it could be washed at 30 degree Celsius. Now she's left with a shirt instead of a jacket. It has small wool balls instead of padding. I washed 2 other brands padded with it and they still in shape.
Desired outcome: Replacement
T-shirts binding logo paint melted on clothes.
I recently purchased 4 different colored but same styled t-shirts on the same day. The back neck binding of each of these is printed with a row of white logos of Adidas and three stripes.
These printed logos melted on the t-shirts, other clothes, and my upper back and neck. I scrubbed off my back, but I do not want to lose some nice new clothes.
It would help me greatly if you could provide the name of a solvent for that ink/paint to clean and reclaim my clothes or at least mitigate my damages.
The paint as it is now, is gummy, tacky, and adheres to clothes and skin.
Desired outcome: Provide information of solvents to remove that paint. It will be expensive to have to replace all my clothes that are damaged.

Sneakers
I used all of my allowance money for two months to buy sneakers. Less than two days in part of it is breaking. I'm really upset. I bought them in Budapest because I live in Israel and I knew it would be less expensive. Now I can't go back to the store to show them so my Mommy said I could write you. On the date of May 7, 2022 I received an email that I had been chosen for a pair of the YEEZY 450’s in the raffle. I wanted this specific pair badly because of the colorway and comfort level, and it’s not often I am chosen in a raffle. The shoes were scheduled for delivery on May 11, 2022. Upon tracking, I could see where they would arrive early, which was showing as the day before by FedEx. The package never arrived, which caused me to become very irritated and disgusted. I spoke with someone from fedex on May 12, 2022 who asked if my packaged had been delivered after tracking it online and requesting text updates on tracking. He stated he was sending correspondence to their security office for a further investigation. I am a customer who loves adidas products. This is a big inconvenience for me and I would like for it to be rectified with the product and not with a refund by whomever company was responsible for this mishap. As a customer we should never have to deal with this issue, especially when companies are being entrusted with the responsibility of shipping your products to us in a secure and timely fashion based upon convenience. No customer should ever have to feel this way!

I bought a new shoes for my son from university street branch... actually i bout 7 new ones...after couple of months... i have decovered that they handed me two left side from the same shoes ... so when i went back to them and explain that... no action were taken and they did'nt take it seriusely... and offered me to buy a new one instead of change my damaged one... its new with a box and wraping... no one obvousely use two left side They were sooo rude un proffesional and laughing at you with there colleages... so rude... i need a solution as i'm not getting any from them and now they are trying to avoid me by ignoring the calls and refusing to gelp... even the customee service in jordan are not pickibg up the phone... there is a huge gap that they have to fill it in customer service

Adidas boys Lego shoes
Hello,
Because I want to better the company customer service, I am writing this unsolved issue.
We bought Lego shoes for my boy less than two months (we paid over 60 dollars for it). The sticking and one dude of the glued on sole came apart. Our receipt is still valid and after sending photos- they denied the replacement.
I called and called and called and so far nobody from the claim department called me back.
Desired outcome: To stand by their product and take care of their customers. They should just replace my son’s shoes. Thank you for your help!
Black basketball shorts
I purchased a pair of black and white Adidas basketball shorts for my son. I purchased the from Kohl's in Canton, CT around Christmas of 2021. I washed them once and the white Adidas letters are falling off. What a waste. I always purchase Adidas clothing and this has never happened.

Store pickup orders arrive late
I ordered a specific product for store pickup. On the Adidas website they give you a pickup day. Well I've learned to not pay that any attention because those days are completely incorrect. Me being a fool believing in the pickup day I never received my product on time so I couldn't wear it for the occasion that I needed it for which is very inconvenient and bad for business. I had to run out and buy me a completely different pair of sneakers because Adidas lied about the arrival date if I would have known it would take longer I could have just ordered these items to my home.
Desired outcome: Do better business practices.
