Loewe loewe is a bad store

loewe is a bad store. I buy hoodie at Loewe outlet store at ***, I ask staff if they have new one, they say yes and give me one from back. When I come back, I see no tag and it dirty with 4 hair. I think they give me old one. I call loewe customer service and they say only store can fix. Store call me and say "all outlet items not new". I think loewe is bad, they sell old things and not tell customer.
