Ackermans Storestablet


Purchased a tablet on 04/10/2017 for my child birthday gave it to him on 14/10/17 just to find out button not working for example you press y then a z appears apps don't work like WhatsApp clearly a factory fault and they refused to exchange a item that is suppose to be brand new I could then have rather purchase something by second hand store. Then lady a store gives me a number to phone speak to some one their and they said they will get back to me. I'm still waiting yet when I call to that department no one picks up they clearly have caller I'd because lady still repeated my number so are they now intensionally not taking my call
