I was receivimg ssi due to depression from the loss of my 4 year old daughter... I moved to louisiana in march 2018 and did all the appropriate steps to update my address... I was a victim of identity theft because someone uprooted my info back to houston tx... I was made aware that ssi deposited 3 payments to my account that I never received for 3 consecutive months... This was one year ago! I only found out june 2019 that I had 3 months of ssi payments placed in my account that I never received... They refuse to reimburse me my money! I am hiring a lawyer they are doing fraudulant activity! I waited and spoke to their corporate office! I had to get a job at 8 months pregnant because I was under the impression I was no longer receiving benefits... I only found out june 10th 2019 that ssi had sent the funds during a phone imterview for my 9 year old to receive benefits...

I put in a old PIN code in then thy restricted my account the lady didn’t even give me a chance to let her verify my self then I told her my phone was going dead then she blocked my hold account I don’t have my actual social security card so I gave a print out in my identification card in thy still giving me a hard time
You have a direct deposit from my job that you forwarded to an unknown place without my consent. My entire check was forwarded somewhere I have no idea of minutes after it hit my so-called account with you. Due to the amount and your disregard to assist in tracking I will be pursuing legal action
I’ve had my Clare account since 2019 I’ve always had 2 day early now all of a sudden 12/9/22 they have been paying out on payday. Which is 12/12/22. I know metabank changed to pathward I wonder if that has something to do with it, but if they can’t keep up with the 2 day early dates! I’m going else where to bank

Overdraft fee issued for payments when no there was no negative balance. Now I'm 60$ delinquent in my account. The service of ace flare is trying to grift money. Knowing I'm about to get an direct deposit.
I’m going to file charges on ace flare with the authorities as well and I’m taking them to court behind my [censored]ing money
Don’t ever go through ace YALL will be sorry they steal from their customers and when you call them on it they want to have the audacity and report your card stolen when them and you are the only ones that’s supposed to have access to my account
The charged me over draft fees and I deposited the money within 24hrs. They wouldn’t release the overdraft fees, they just took them off and kept the balance the same as when they were debited. Literally just stole $40 from me and deleted it along with they money the charges for those fees.
I had a fraudulent transaction for $539.24. I called customer service as soon as I noticed it and filed a dispute. They took two weeks to investigate and said there was no error and would not help me any farther. I will be reporting them every chance I can and looking at legal action against them. Don’t trust them with your funds.
I was told I had to get this card to be able to cash my check so I did and I was not told when I got this stupid card that they were charging me $9.95 so my son couldn't even pay for his meal he had gotten. I would not recommend this card or this company to anyone including my enemies. This company and card sucks. DON'T USE THIS CARD. DON'T DO IT.
