I have been stuck with Accredo due to TRS for several years. Getting my specialty care autoimmune meds is a battle ever time. I have to spend several hours on the phone with them every month to get my meds delivered (always late). Currently I missed a dose due to Accredo’s lack of knowledge on the arrangement TRS has to fill my meds. I’ve had to call everyday for 5 days, spending a couple of hours on the phone each time, including 2 supervisor calls and I still don’t have my meds. Accredo is a horrible rx service and TRS should be ashamed of using this for members. I never had these issues with CVS. Accredo loses prescriptions and uses FedEx to ship and they left my meds sitting in a warehouse over the weekend and the meds were ruined. Accredo could have cared less. This company needs to be shut down and investigated by the DOJ.
