On 18 Dec 2018, at 1.20pm. An unknown number called me, saying he was from ABX Gaya Street, near Hong Leong Bank / Tong Hin Supermarket. Asking whether there was anyone at home or not, but talking as if he knew me and shouting on the phone. He was being rude and no manners for me as a customer of your company. Why was he talking as if he knew me and shouting saying it was hot outside of my house? Tell your employee if it was hot outside, please dont be a posmen because posmen's task require a lot of involving getting out to deliver parcel or letter on sunny day, not on night time.. So please ask him to only work at night so he wont facing any hot day. Even if it was hot day, he has no right to shout people through phone. Please train your employee ethics and attitude so he could work professionally. It is a shame for your company to have employee like that work in your company. It would affect your company's image and reputation. Thank you.

Perkara: bekas majikan abx express sdn bhd gagal membayar gaji terakhir

saya noorhaffizah binti zulkafli, no pekerja abx express 5269 telah meletak jawatan sebagai "customer care consultant" di abx express sdn bhd (hq), pada 16 nov 2018.

2. merujuk perkara diatas saya telah memaklumkan serta memberi notis berhenti kerja selama 10 hari iaitu pada 7 nov 2018. namun pihak abx express gagal membayar gaji saya sepanjang tempoh 1 nov 2018 sehingga 16 nov 2018 atas sebab notis berhenti kerja saya tidak menepati perjanjian syarikat iaitu selama sebulan.

3. walhal, setelah saya meneliti semula perjanjian yang telah ditanda tangani oleh saya tidak menyatakan tempoh notis selama sebulan serta tidak dinyatakan bahawa saya perlu bayar kepada syarikat jika saya gagal memberi notis selama sebulan tersebut.

4. saya cuba untuk menghubungi pihak "human resource department" tetapi gagal di sambungkan. terdapat pelbagai alasan yang diberikan, saya beranggapan bahawa pihak mereka hanya mahu lepas tangan berkenaan isu ini.

5. pihak abx express juga ada memaklumkan bahawa mereka telah menghantar surat rasmi kepada saya menyatakan bahawa saya tidak layak mendapat gaji saya pada nov 2018 tetapi sehingga kini hampir sebulan, saya masih belum menerima apa2 surat dari pihak abx express.

Hello, can you please help me settled the problem.My company's Farley sibu Sdn Bhd still not yet receive our parcels.and it actually should be arrived on 10-12-2018.amd now how many days delayed already 4days delayed.The parcels track number still show log sheet from bki, if any happens on our parcel we will take some action on your courier service.really disappointing on your courier services.we hope we can get it ASAP, coz is our customers parcel and its important.if the parcel excess the time limit something that can't returns.try to make improvements on your courier service.Dont just call us keep waiting by this week

Hi, My item haven't delivered since 30/11 still pending in BKI until now 5/12. Stated still in BKI and have been for 4 days now. My tracking number was SHX04856398AMY. Hope it will be delivered to me as soon as possible, because I really need my item and worried it will be delivered to other people like my item before. It said delivered but I receive my item the next day.

Hello, I should be receiving my parcel on 29th of November 2018, my tracking number is SHX05580133AMY. However, I received a chat from stranger saying that my parcel was in front of her aunt's house, she saw my number stated, so she chat me on WhatsApp. I was so confused at that time because I live in Kolombong, Inanam, but it's weird that the parcel was sent to Penampang, which is quite far from my place. Luckily, the person who chat me was kind enough to contact me and we met at a place so she can give me back my parcel. I don't want any refund because my parcel is looking fine as it should be, but my advice is please look more carefully when sending a parcel to someone's house. What if the parcel is something valuable and the one who shouldn't receive the parcel has the desire to take the parcel for himself? Anyway, this is not my first time using ABX. I've used ABX before and there's never anything like this happen. The service was always good and they always delivered my parcel right in front of my house. I hope the next time I use ABX, there would not be anything like this happen in the future. I knew it was not by accident so please pay more attention and check carefully on the address the next time. That's all from me, have a good day!

Bekerja under grabe, sebagai despatch. Minyak, motor, insuran, makan semua duit sendiri. Janji tiap minggu gaji, kerja sungguh2ì nk cari reìzeki.
Gaji yg dibayar;
Minggu 1 kerja after 2minggu kerja bru dpt(good).
Minggu 2 kerja after 1bln bru dpt.
Minggu 3 kerja after 2bln lebih bru dpt itupun kira2 shortage half dr claim yg spatutnya.
Minggu 4 kerja katanya dh bayar habis. Non gaji?
Minta gaji mcm pengemis padahal modal sndri. Sbb dh tw susah sgt nk byr gaji so keje just sebulan. Bukan sy je yg jd mangsa. Ada lagi yg lain. Cukup2 lh makan keringat org lain.

My Shopee item shipped from China SHX26672964AMY had arrived ABX Kota Kinabalu (BKI) office on 21st Nov 2018 and system shown forwarded to my area which is Sandakan (SDK) on the same day. However until today 30th Nov 2018, I still haven't receive any update on the item, no matter I go to their Sandakan office everyday, called Kota Kinabalu office, or even wrote emails to customer service but all of them do not know where is the parcel now. It is wasting my time to wait, call and go to their office everyday, and now will asking for refund from the seller.

For all of you especially online sellers, please never use ABX Express to send your items because they are very irresponsible for their job.

To abx express labuan your delivery service very bad 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 every time my parcel deliver to abx labuan i need to call them to sent to my house.. they keep give [censored] answer like no one at home in my area and refuse to deliver.. i wait for 3 days for my parcel and i think if i didnt call my parcel still at their office.. i paid shipping fee more than RM 50 for self pickup? please improve your services abx express and hire more worker if needed.. not recommended to use this courier service expecially for those staying at Labuan. TQ

It feels good to land on this one and seeing so many similar complaints. Hands down the worst courier service ever and they even have the audacity to put express in their logo. This is a crime and false advertising, they should be sued. Even a snail moves faster and is more customer friendly. I rather not receive my package and consider it lost then wasting my time and effort trying to follow up it's like watching paint dry.. Wait it's worse at least paint moves and dries whereas abx is always just... Slow. Good luck to all who use this service u might as well consider ur package lost or deal with the lies, deceit, stupidity, retardedness, stress, idiotic... Etc etc of abx and their staff

I ordered something from shopee and it was supposed to arrive tomorrow. However, I just got a notification from shopee that I've already received my parcel. BUT I did not receive any calls from the delivery man so I went down to the guard house to check, because maybe They sent it to the wrong house. When I got there, there it was. My package. No calls. No nothing and it's already 7.35pm. The delivery guy had just left my package there without letting me know. God bless. Please ensure your workers are properly trained.

I dont understand what kind of delivery procedures you are having. My parcel reach your side on the 16th Nov 18. Since then the status is keep on circle around and around... subang - cheras - KL - subang - petaling jaya. Contact your customer service reply me like I'm live in a far place that your people cant reach. My area is at taman seri petaling only, why keep circling like this! If not able to send gave me a call. I can collect myself. Want hold my parcel until when? Is not the first time I'm using your service and is keep on more and more badly this year!

Whyyy... This is a bad experience I had with courier service worst ever. How am I going to have my parcel. They never answer my call, never reply emel. I havent receive any single call.. Parcel reach jb and they were lost their way ever since while im just a stay home mom they update I wasnt at home and they have wait more than 15mntus in delivery status. I live just in the city centre jb and I have no idea why they can finish their job deliver the item when other courier easily reached my doorstep.

Firstly, they did not sent the parcel to me instead just sms me said that I not at home and asked to go to their place to pick up my item.
Secondly, I called to ask them why they didn't sent me the item as they normally would but I didn't get the answer I wanted but ended up waiting long then hanged up. I called back to ask if this is the service I got but ending up no answer.
Lastly later on they said already sent to me. I called next morning asked about my parcel they though I lied when I said I still not receive my parcel yet.

Submit on 11/10/2018.. No update until 18/10/2018.. Email and call dont have positive feedback.. All branch do nothing.. Klang said dont have.. Subang said dont have.. My customer ask for many time.. 30/10/2018 walk in to subang, they said dont have.. should ask klang.. Go to Klang, still dont have.. Today 3/11/2018.. No update et all.. Bad services..

My order once again for the hundred times stuck at the hell hole of abx. Arrived at abx facility (so called) on the 25th but until today 31st still havent accept anything. Called service they said the courier bring out the parcel from 25th? So I cannot go pick up myself. Am I living on the moon that you guys cannot reach my road side address in 7days? I paid every damn cent for everything but im treated liked I was using your service for free. Weiii, mr mohd ali nordin and mr tan chong yian, please upgrade your service. Dont busy counting money only.

Pihak shoppie be berapa kali mengingatkan saya bahasa saya telah menerima atau belum menerima barang saya itu. Ini bukan salah seller yg tidak menghantar brg saya. Tp agen Di tempat saya tidak bertanggungjawab atas barang yg Di terima. Dan tidak menghantar dgn Seger a. Ini bukan kali pertama. Ramai costumer yg complain. Tapi masih berlaku perkara yg sama. Sy berharap pihak ABX dpt mengambil an tindakan kepada agen ini. Yg tidak bertanggungjawab. Bila Di tanya berbagai alasan Di beri. Sampai costumer Di Marah.

The so called the largest and fastest courier service in Malaysia- ABX is no where near the speed of a turtle. Worst service, rude staffs that from top to bottom championed at the art of lying. They lied to you liked they ate rice. I wonder who teaches the workers to lie and behaving rude and unprofesional to their customers. 10 out of 10 my order were send using ABX i will become phobiac because all the times the item will either goes missing, late 10-20 days or misplaced. Always the same thing. Now i will directly gies to MCMC to lodge complaint. Hope one day this crazy company will closed down forever.

I have sent my Goods for my custumer from seremban to johor on 10october 2018. Until today(16oct 2018), my custumer still havent get my goods.. I have call many time to both abx center. Luckily ABx Seremban answer my phone call n they have try to contact abx
Jahor. Unfortunately, Abx johor bahru havent answer my phone call even i call for a long time.. I jus want an answer.
1 I can't understand why answer my phone call also hard ?(abx johor)

3 who can pay my loss?

I never meet like tis kind of service..

Twice they came, neither of times did they call. While malaysian high rise are poorly managed with no intercoms, bells or receptions for mail/parcel, every other courier will call when they arrive. The 3rd time they came they called but i had specifically told them that i would not be in on that day and to come the next day instead. The delivery driver also called me stupid on the phone

Sehingga petang ini, saya belum menerima parcel saya. Mohon bantu untuk buat semakan.
